"It’s just buying clothes. Besides, wasn’t it you who asked me to go?" Jian Anning glanced at him, puzzled, then noticed his newspaper, "You’re holding the newspaper upside down."

"I like to read the newspaper upside down, okay!" Yu Zexiao slammed the newspaper onto the table and said through gritted teeth.

It really made no sense, it was he who had her agree to Situ Xuan’s invitation last night, and now, he was the one getting angry.

Who cares about him! She untied her apron and walked into her room.

As soon as the door closed, Yu Zexiao immediately sprang from the table and plastered himself against the door like an octopus, trying to listen to what was happening inside.

Humph, he knew it, Jian Anning was going to dress up meticulously for her date with Situ Xuan! If he caught the two of them red-handed later, he would see how he would deal with her!

Watching her grab her purse and head out, Yu Zexiao darted into his bedroom; he was all prepared! The reason he had Jian Anning accept Situ Xuan’s invitation yesterday was to catch her cheating today!

Humph, he really wanted to see what Jian Anning would be like without him!

He had secretly prepared a full set of tools the night before while Jian Anning was asleep: binoculars, a recording pen, a baseball cap, sunglasses, and even a special driver! No way her every move could escape the palm of his hand!

While he was changing his clothes, all excited, he walked into the living room and, just then, bumped into Jian Anning, who had come back for her phone!

Seeing him in casual clothes, Jian Anning was very curious, "What are you doing?"

Yu Zexiao, who almost got caught, dodged the question, "What are you coming back for?" The next second, he suddenly remembered something and asked with some excitement, "Aren’t you going anymore?"
