The door plaque bore two large characters: Qin Residence.

It was indeed a very nice pavilion. The young wife was quite pleased with the house, and Gu Ya also found it to be satisfactory.

If Madam Qin was willing, then they could negotiate a price today and purchase the property immediately, but Madam Qin was not at home.

Gu Ya’s words made sense. Though disappointed, Su Yunjin did not dwell on it, having thought that buying the shop would take a few more days.

Back at their shop, they were unexpectedly visited by Madam Qin herself, who came to their distillery after hearing that Su Yunjin had looked for her earlier upon returning to the Qin Residence.

Madam Qin, passing by conveniently, decided to drop in at their shop. Upon her arrival, Su Yunjin warmly welcomed Madam Qin and invited her to sit.

Madam Qin accompanied Su Yunjin to the backyard, saw it piled high with fruit wines and couldn’t help but smile, “Madam Su, I heard you sought me out at our shop today? Are you satisfied with my vacant property?”

Su Yunjin was indeed very satisfied with Madam Qin’s vacant property.

“Madam Qin, I won’t hide the truth from you; my husband and I looked at your house today, and I think it’s quite good. I would like to buy your property. May I know how much you are willing to sell it to me for?”
