The others were even smaller.

Each room was filled with wine pots, used for regular wine brewing.

In the far right corner, there was a small partition, which Su Yunjin knew was designated for the brewery workers to sleep or take short rests.

Compared to the other brewing rooms, this partition was even smaller.

Once a bed was placed inside, there was just enough space to walk around, as Su Yunjin gestured with her hands.

It was estimated that the space was just over two meters wide, extremely cramped considering it was still occupied by another man. Gu Ya didn’t let his young wife look around too much.

He then led her back to the courtyard. That was the extent of the shop; once they finished examining the partition, they had seen everything.

After the man finished introducing the place, he looked at Su Yunjin, “Young sister-in-law, what do you think? Having just finished viewing this humble establishment, are you satisfied?”

Overall, Su Yunjin was quite pleased with the shop, apart from the front being a little small, the rear where the wine was brewed was fairly spacious. Another advantage was that the place had already been a brewery.

By buying this place, she could reuse many items directly without the hassle of making separate purchases.

She could consider purchasing the property.

“Brother Zhuang, could you sell this shop for a lower price? I heard from my husband that you’re asking for forty taels of silver?”

Su Yunjin had budgeted around thirty taels for the purchase of the shop, and the man agreed that he could lower the price a bit.

“Thirty taels!” Offer thirty taels and see if the man is willing to sell; that would be great.

If not, they could add a little more, but if it exceeded thirty-five taels, Su Yunjin would absolutely not take it.

Actually, this shop was not the best option. The storefront was small.
