Seeing the children hot as well, Su Yunjin gestured to a few of them to come over and distributed the watermelon, cut into small pieces, to each of them.

Gu Ya stood behind Su Yunjin, watching as the young wife patiently handed out watermelon to Aluo and the other children, smiling as he said from the side, “Yunjin, do you like children a lot?”

After finishing distributing the last piece of watermelon, Su Yunjin looked up at Gu Ya.

Gu Ya added, “Why don’t we have a couple of our own?”

“…” Su Yunjin fell silent. Who wanted to have children with that man? Then she remembered that Gu Ya had slept with her twice, the last time being less than a month ago.

In ancient times, lacking any form of contraception, Gu Ya had entangled her for nearly an entire night, and afterwards, she had not taken any contraceptive concoctions.

It was quite possible that she was already carrying Gu Ya’s child in her womb.

“No? Then we should just sleep together more often; eventually, you will conceive!”
