Reaching the outside of the kitchen, Su Yunjin looked down at the puddle on the ground and the wooden basin and couldn’t help but chuckle to herself.

It seemed the married couple, Mrs. Zhang and Gu Baofu, had both been drenched like drowned rats.

The image of Mrs. Zhang and Gu Baofu getting hit by the basin and soaked through just made Su Yunjin laugh secretly again.

She had anticipated Mrs. Zhang would come back to steal fish.

However, Su Yunjin didn’t expect her eldest brother Gu Baofu would also join in. It’s true that ‘Birds of a feather flock together,’ just like sister-in-law and Gu Baofu, the married couple.

Since she wasn’t leaving, the couple wouldn’t dare come out of the woods.

Su Yunjin didn’t go after Mrs. Zhang and her husband.

She just stood there.

Letting them feed the mosquitoes and insects in the forest a little more. Mrs. Zhang and Gu Baofu were soaked to the skin, hiding out there.
