The Hero Became a Succubus, and the Only Way to Level is to… What?! -
Chapter 389 – A Day Out with Renya
Kanae awoke early in the morning to a weight on top of her. Groggy eyes adjusted to the alchemist, Tio, whose face was buried between her breasts and hips pounded away. They were both stark naked and had only a thin bedsheet over them. She invited him over in the dead of night yesterday, and the two went at it like animals until sleep took them.
"Hahh… hah… nngh…" Tio slammed his throbbing dick with great effort, unaware that she was awake.
"How bold of you." Kanae grinned, throwing her legs behind his waist and arms around his neck.
"K-Kanae! I'm sorry. I just couldn't help it… when I woke up, I got hard and— ooumph!"
Kanae pressed his entire head into her chest and grinned. Tio's hips revved up. His throbbing dick swelled as he neared climax.
"I'm close!" Tio exclaimed, voice muffled by her breasts.
"Good! Let it in me, Tio! Shoot your cum inside me!" Kanae begged.
The door flew at the same time as they orgasmed. The two turned to find Petyr in her silken nightgown, having just woken up. She stormed in, footfalls beating the floorboards like percussion.
"I thought I heard something! Kanae, you filthy sex demon… You were tainting Tio all along!" Petyr lifted him off the bed, hips still thrusting and dick shooting its final spurts.
"First come, first serve. Tio likes me more. Maybe you should let him decide who he wants to be with?" Kanae sneered.
"You probably coerced him. Come, Tio. As a paladin, I can cleanse you of her taint. We only need to bathe together. Naked. And in close proximity," she said on the way out with him, unable to hide her own excitement.
Kanae sighed. She fingered some cum out of her pussy and licked it clean. The taste made her shudder intensely, and she climaxed just a little from the aftershock. She was about to get up when another weight pressed down on her.
Smooth hands caressed Kanae's sides. They glided down the length of her body. The sheets pulled away. Someone pushed her legs open. It could only be one person.
"Alicia?" Kanae asked into the void.
"Surely, you're not thinking of leaving bed so soon." Alicia emerged from Magical Stealth between Kanae's legs and smiled.
"Wait a minute… how long were you in he— eeeeeeeeeere?!" She arched her back when the succubus bent down for lick.
Alicia's tongue tenderly stroked Kanae's clit. She licked around her labia until all the spunk was gone, then paid extra attention on the little pleasure button. Kanae writhed in bed, kicking the sheets and pinching the pillow beneath her head. Gasps for air erupted as moans. Soon, her eyes rolled back as Alicia started to really dig in.
"Alicia… I… ahhhh! Mmm… Oh, fuck it… I can't even think straight anymore…" Kanae moaned.
"You're so delicious. You leak so much more than my sisters. I like that. Now, cum for me. I want to see your face as you orgasm!" Alicia exclaimed.
"I'm cumming already! I—" At the height of climax, Kanae had her howling silenced by Alicia's kiss.
The pair wrapped their arms and legs around each other. Their lips fastened tightly, too. Although Alicia wasn't down there anymore, her tail was. Kanae did the same, plunging her tail into the rogue succubus' pussy. They pumped long and hard, orgasm after orgasm, all the while their tongues wrestled for control between two arenas.
Even after they had finished, Kanae and Alicia remained in their warm embrace. The open window let in a welcome yet tepid breeze that cooled them. Kanae caressed Alicia's cheek, and Alicia fiddled with her Piercings of Impurity.
"What? Do you want to get matching ones?" Kanae grinned.
"I'm no fan of having these on myself. Besides…" Alicia tugged on them until Kanae tensed up from pleasure and pain. "I prefer to be on the pain-giving end."
She pouted when Alicia didn't do more. "You tease. Anyway, did you find something out about Rasheena and Odika?"
Alicia pulled Kanae in for a deep kiss. No tongue. Just their lips finding tender purchase with each other. The succubus finally pulled away and leaped from the bed. Kanae watched her hips sway as she strolled over to the wine cabinet, poured herself a glass from what Durok had delivered them a week ago, and furrowed her brows after a taste.
"I regret to say, I've found little. For now. Our new friends are very secretive. Even I'm surprised. They have as many arcane locks and magical enchantments as guards. While I can easily disarm them, I am no spellcaster that can re-cast them. Someone will know if they have been opened. However, one thing is for certain: behind closed doors, neither of them speak of Sultan Cerberus with love," Alicia explained.
"In other words, you think the loyalty they show him in front of us is fake. But why? Why go through the trouble of lying to us?" Kanae wondered aloud.
"I can only make conjectures." She shrugged. "Perhaps, they truly wish to liberate Avanesse from the Ortesian and cultists' clutches. But they do not actually believe Sultan Cerberus is a good ruler."
"It's a good guess… Keep skulking around in there, but don't do anything too risky though."
Alicia nodded. She finished her glass and vanished.
"When I next return," Alicia's hot and moist voice whispered closely, "I expect to have you for much longer than just a quick romp."
Denying Kanae a kiss this time, Alicia departed out the window and closed them shut behind her. With little to do now, she thought to take a bath downstairs until the sound of splashing water and moaning gave her pause at the door.
"Ah! Is this… nngh… really part of the… cleansing…?" Tio panted.
"Yes, it is! Hang in there. I'll get it all out of you soon. Expel your taint inside me, and I'll cleanse it for you!" Petyr cheered him on.
Okay, then. Kanae figured letting them be was for the best. After all, walking in on Petyr would undoubtedly result in a Smite to the face. She headed back upstairs, joining Renya in the living room. The chairman of Rown Company flipped through a stack of papers while drinking coffee. Before her was a metal tray full of sand cut into the center of the table that radiated heat. A pot, half-buried in the sand, with a long handle contained the black nectar with a layer of golden brown crema on top, looking almost like caramel. It smelled incredible, flavorful, and probably tasted even better.
Renya didn't even notice Kanae coming in. Her eyes were obsessively fixated on the papers. Her signature crimson coat and tricorn hat rested on a hook by the door. Both flintlock pistols, however, stayed fastened around her waist.
"What do you have there?" Kanae finally spoke up.
"Oh, this?" Renya lifted the mug of coffee. "Kaffay, is what it's called in Avanesse. They enchanted the tray with a weak fire spell. It heats up the sand. The sand heats up the coffee grounds inside the pot. Then…" The dark elf pushed the pot deeper into the sand, causing the contents inside to rise, and fall when pulled back. She poured the coffee into an empty cup and gestured for her to drink it.
Kanae sipped on the piping hot nectar and felt herself transported back to Japan, to a Turkish cafe that served coffee the same way. The taste came with several flavors that seemed to change when she smacked her lips. Sweet, fruity, nutty.
"Whew. I can drink this all day." Kanae smiled, only to shake herself out of it. "But I was really asking about what you were reading."
Renya turned one paper over, revealing blueprints of the edirashem. "Alicia found this for me inside Edirashok Odika's manor. It contains the schematics for making these massive wagons. There's nothing insane like dwarven technology, but the engineering involved is extremely complex and robust and involves magical enchantments. Necessarily so, because holding the weight of a city isn't easy. Well, if anyone can do it, it's Rown Company!"
"I… y-you stole ancient cultural secrets?" she stammered.
"I didn't steal a thing. Alicia found it." The pirate demeanor started showing in her smirk.
Coffee spilled over the lip of their cups. The entire manor lurched and groaned. It sounded like the edirashem came to a stop again. Hopefully, they didn't run into another cragtoise crossing.
Kanae and Renya emerged to investigate. They were greeted by a long, western canyon range stretching out of sight from both ends. Trees sparsely dotted the landscape, but the tall savanna grass grew about as tall as an adult man. Edirashem citizens opened up shops and ramps lowered down to a settlement below where the grass didn't reach. In fact, platforms elevated the city from the surface of the earth.
The star-shaped city split straight down the middle, and Odika's edirashem had currently parked within like a train arriving in a station. Laborers poured out from both sides of the city to begin working on the stopped caravan, while its people flooded in to do business.
"Karvas Station! Karvas Station! We have arrived at Karvas Station! The edirashem of honored Edirashok Odika will recommence its journey in five days. Karvas Station! Karvas Station!"
Harpies flew up and down the wagons, repeating the same announcement to the edirashem's passengers. Before Kanae knew it, the caravan filled with twice the usual number of people. They weren't just pressed shoulder to shoulder, but also chest to back. Renya took a step back before the crowds engulfed her. Kanae flew up and out of their way.
"And I thought this place couldn't get more crowded. How's a lady supposed to get any sleep at night with all this racket?" Renya complained.
It was actually the middle of the day, but Renya had a point. This didn't seem like it would disperse any time soon. If new things were coming onto the dirashem, they decided to check out the goods, too. When in Savir, do as the Savirans.
But Renya, as Kanae soon relearned, wasn't exactly the best traveling companion. The pirate lord liked unique trinkets and rare jewels. Normally, ones that weren't easily sourced. Kanae accompanied her to Karvas Station jeweller, who had brought his merchandise to sell on the edirashem from a vardo wagon. Her keen eye, however, discerned that some of them were fake. Just common gemstones dressed to appear rare. She didn't take kindly to that and threatened him with flintlock to the face. They only reached a somewhat peaceful resolution when he offered a fist-sized ruby, illegally excavated from Bravost at a discount.
Well… discount, if discount meant free.
Of course, walking around with a large ruby was bad enough. Boasting about it being real only made things worse. Some local thugs had overheard and tried to snatch the jewel from Renya's hands. Their mistake wasn't that they failed the first time. It was that they tried again. Renya was ready on their second attempt. She blasted the moustache off the elven thief, then kicked off a block-wide brawl and dragged Kanae into it.
"Going shopping with you was a mistake!" Kanae groaned, charming an aggressive harpy man to fly off the edirashem.
"It's not my fault someone tried to steal from me. You'd fight back, too!" Renya blinked behind someone trying to stab her and fired two shots into his back.
That was the last of them. It was so crowded, even the guards didn't want to intervene. The problem sort of took care of itself. Fifteen wounded thugs laid strewn about the ground. Renya blew the smoke from the barrel of her firearms and sheathed them
"That was a lot of effort to try and steal this. Don't worry, baby. I'll make you into a nice centerpiece on my Songstress." Renya kissed the large ruby.
"Put it away already!" Kanae rolled her eyes.
A man with a red bandana pushed themself up and bolted. Kanae was faster. She casted Charm, seizing control of him before he had a chance to vanish into the crowds.
"Good catch!" Renya patted her on the shoulder and circled the charmed man. "Running awfully fast there, pal. Somewhere you got to go? Someone you need to meet?"
"Uh… No where…" he muttered.
"Answer truthfully," Kanae ordered.
"To tell… the jeweller… you stole from…" the man answered.
Kanae shot a glare at Renya.
"It comes full circle," Kanae said.
"Ahh. It ain't a full circle if there's still some loose ends." Renya walked ahead without explaining any further.
"Loose ends? What do you mean? Hey!" She ran after the dark elf.
They returned to the bazaar where Renya had strong-armed the jeweller. He was another dark elf, skin several shades deeper than herself. The man was in the middle of setting out more counterfeit goods after selling some to unsuspecting customers.
When he saw Kanae and Renya returning, his face went pale. He tried to keep a calm demeanor and smiled.
"What brings you back?" the dark elven merchant asked aloud, then lowered his voice. "W-What do you want? I already gave you my most precious jewel!"
Without a word, Renya leveled a flintlock to his face and opened fire. The blast sent him crashing backwards into his own stock. Kanae stared in utter shock. It happened so suddenly. Passing citizens shuffled away, not wanting any trouble.
"Was that really necessary?!" Kanae gasped.
"He sicced his hounds on us. Of course, it was necessary. Now, he won't ever cross us again. Riley betrayed us when we least suspected, Kanae. We can't get soft. That's your least favorite part during sex, right?" Renya shrugged nonchalantly.
Kanae jumped into the wagon and casted Flash Heal. The merchant was badly hurt, but he was going to live. He wouldn't appreciate waking up later though. Sighing, she climbed back out of the wagon still in disbelief.
"Listen, Renya. You really can't—" The rest of Kanae's sentence was cut off when she found herself staring down the barrel of a flintlock.
"I get it now. My old man wasn't dealing with some bootleg grog. He rubbed hands with some real bastards. I inherited all that bullshit now. One wrong move, and the Harpy King will have me in chains like your knight buddy, Red." Renya twirled her weapon and put it away. "You're in the same boat. Well, we. If it turns out that Rasheena really is up to no good, what's the plan? Something to think about. But huuu~ All this shooting's emptied my mana pool clean. I need a good drink!"
Kanae swallowed the lump in her throat as Renya walked away. How many years had it been since Renya turned a gun on her? Paranoia had been getting to chairman of Rown Company, too. The same icy grip that has Sultana Dudula in its clutches. But unlike the ruler of Bravost, Renya was right. They were in it now. Too far in to just leave if things go wrong. She casted a side-long glance at the edirashok's manor and hoped Alicia discovered something soon.
