Chapter 206: Chapter 206- I Have A Plan!
Dae Han shook his head and said.
"Brother Sol, it’s not that I don’t want to teach you, but it’s that I can’t... Well, maybe that’s not the case, I’ve never thought about it."
After saying this, Dae Han walked towards the center of the slightly large room and raised his hand so his palm was facing up.
Swoosh!
An updraft appeared in the room and Dae Han’s Innate Dharma materialized above his hand.
However, how it materialized was very strange.
Rather than something that was materializing after leaving his body, it looked like it was materializing out of thin air.
Everyone stepped forward to watch curiously as a white rotating sphere about 30cm in diameter appeared above his palm.
"Huh? What the heck is that supposed to be?"
Mar-Dule walked over and tried touching the white sphere, but his finger merely passed through it.
Obviously, it was illusory until Dae Han entered the Spiritual Realm. But the effect it has on the real world was really tangible.
"Haha, I don’t know either. If any of you know please tell me."
Dae Han replied with an amused laugh.
Abdu, who was on Sol’s head, narrowed his eyes. But a moment later he titled his head and a confused look appeared in his eyes.
"Wait, it’s not the Wind Element?"
Mar-Dule said in surprise as his chubby finger wiggled around inside the sphere.
From the intense winds and the white color, one would assume this Innate Dharma was a manifestation of something from the Wind Element. However, everyone in the room realized that wasn’t the case.
In fact, they didn’t sense any type of elemental properties from this white sphere.
"That sphere, isn’t that just a cluster of Non-Elemental Aether Energy? Are you just messing with us? How can that be your Innate Dharma?"
Yoon-Jae was the one to say this, and everyone turned to look at Dae Han.
Dae Han shrugged his shoulders.
"How you guys feel right now is how I felt when I first awakened it."
"Fuck!"
Mar-Dule suddenly yelled and pulled his finger out of the white sphere while taking a few steps back.
He looked down at his finger, but nothing was wrong with it.
"What happened?"
"Ugh, I don’t know, I just feel the sensation of my finger being cut off."
Dae Han titled his head.
"Really? That’s new."
Mar-Dule immediately glared at him.
Dae Han seeing his glare smiled apologetically.
"No one has ever tried putting their finger inside it before so I didn’t know something like that was going to happen."
"Idiot, it’s your fault for sticking your fin- what are you doing?"
Yoon-Jae went to scold Mar-Dule but paused and showed a weird expression when he started licking his finger.
"It’s cold."
Mar-Dule said.
"Feel it."
"Ugh, your spit is still all over it. Get it away from me!"
Yoon-Jae quickly dodged Mar-Dule’s purposeful attempts to wipe his spit on him.
Swoosh!
Everyone felt Abdu’s Soul Energy, which was covering the room, move to focus on Dae Han.
However, as soon as Abdu’s Soul Energy got close to the white sphere, his expression changed and he immediately pulled it back.
"Are you okay Little Abdu?"
Sol asked worriedly.
Everyone turned to look at Abdu.
"That thing is feeding on the Non-Elemental Aether Energy in the surroundings. If allowed, it would have swallowed my Soul Energy as well."
"Ah! So that’s what it’s doing?"
Dae Han looked down at this Innate Dharma.
Not a day went by where he wasn’t thinking about this thing. He was glad he was able to find out something new about it, even if it was small.
"Brother Dae Han, is this related to your Concealment Skill?"
Dae Han nodded.
"It’s more like an ability resulting from this thing gathering Non-Elemental Aether. I realize if I allowed it to passively attract Non-Elemental Aether while it’s inside my body then I can completely erase my presence. I can even mimic different types of auras when I’m in that state."
As Dae Han said that, the spinning white sphere paused. The Non-Elemental Aether Energy in the room stilled as well.
Dae Han’s aura then vanished from everyone’s senses.
Abdu froze.
’What an absurd ability.’
His Soul Energy couldn’t detect Dae Han at all. When he tried to focus on where he was, he was merely sensing Aether Energy.
There was a slight cluster of Non-Elemental Aether Energy Abdu picked up on, but if Dae Han hadn’t explained how his ability worked, he wouldn’t have thought anything of it.
"Wow! It’s like you’re not even there."
Mar-Dule said as he closed his eyes and reopened them. But his expression became terrified.
"Even my abnormal senses can’t detect your presence, I wouldn’t want to make an enemy out of you."
Everyone was looking at Dae Han in amazement.
Sol meanwhile had a thoughtful expression on his face.
Soon, Dae Han retrieved his Innate Dharma and turned to Sol.
"Brother Sol, if you were cultivating Non-Elemental Aether Energy I could have teach you how to attract it and-Huh?"
Dae Han stopped talking and his eyes widened.
"Ah, that-that’s... Brother Sol..."
Dae Han was at a complete loss for words.
Sol’s presence had vanished all of a sudden while he was talking.
Everyone also turned to look at Sol with blank expressions.
Sol looked down at his hands and said with a smile.
"I did it. It was a bit difficult, but all I had to do was allow the Non-Element Aether Energy to pass through my body and meld into the surroundings."
"You’re a freak of nature you know that?"
Yoon-Jae recovered from his surprise and said.
Dae Han wanted to ask Sol how he managed to accomplish this when he was cultivating Wood-type Aether Energy, but honestly, he was too shocked to form coherent words right now.
But after a while, he somehow managed to recover somewhat to say.
"Perhaps Brother Sol has a talent for concealing your presence. It’s not easy to see a new technique and master it once."
Sol nodded.
"I did have experience in concealing my presence before."
For some reason, Dae Han felt a bit better after knowing this.
Yoon-Jae glanced at him and shook his head internally.
Sol simply said that to comfort him. It might be true, but even if he hadn’t learned about concealing his presence before, seeing it once was more than enough for him to copy it.
Seeing everyone showing understanding expressions at Sol’s words, Yoon-Jae thought he must be the only one who realize how abnormally fast Sol’s brain worked to analyze things.
Yoon-Jae was proud of this aspect of himself, but that was until he met Sol. There were times Sol made a decision or said something but only later did he realize it negated a problem that would have popped up way down the line.
’It’s like his brain is always thinking five, or even ten steps ahead. Wait...’
Yoon-Jae suddenly realized something.
Frowning, he turned to Sol and asked.
"Are you planning on assassinating Elder Hyun-Joo?"
Sol turned to Yoon-Jae and nodded.
As he did, Yoon-Jae could briefly see happiness flicker past his eyes.
’Don’t be so happy I figured out what you were planning to do before you say it.’
Yoon-Jae glared at Sol while the others looked taken aback.
"It’s too risky Sol."
Sol smiled confidently and said.
"Don’t worry Brother Yoon-Jae, I have a plan!"
