After paying the penalty and signing the contracts, someone casually asked, "Secretary Tong, could you tell us why Mr. Yang didn’t come?"

"He went to solve some problems," Tong Li’er said with a slight smile. "He asked me to tell everyone that you all were eager to sign the contracts when there was a benefit, and now you’re eager to terminate them. There won’t be a next time."
