Chapter 110: Chapter 110 Dashiell Xalvadora Kills

The other side.

Dashiell Xalvadora felt a blur in front of his eyes, and when he opened them again, he was still standing in the bathroom, but the bathroom seemed to have been inverted. The toilet and everything else were reversed left and right.

Dashiell thought he was seeing things, but no matter how he looked, the bathroom was terrifyingly strange.

He fearfully opened the bathroom door, only to find the hallway and the entire house similarly inverted. What made him even more uneasy was that the annoying Evander Simpson, the photographer, and the staff were all gone!

Dashiell anxiously shouted into the microphone, but no one ever responded to him.

Just when the terror in Dashiell’s heart was about to reach its peak, a staff member with a work badge quickly ran towards him.

"Dashiell!"

The familiar voice came from Chloe Sharp.

Dashiell was somewhat surprised to see her here.

Chloe explained, "Because of those two people targeting you yesterday, I was worried and decided to disguise myself as a staff member to stay with you."

But today, somehow, she inexplicably appeared here, and no matter what, she couldn’t get out!

"Dashiell, where exactly are we? Why is everything inverted? Are we dreaming?"

Chloe looked like she was about to cry, clinging tightly to him.

But Dashiell had no idea where this place was.

They both tried to leave the house, only to find that stepping through the front door brought them right back inside. Even jumping out of the window, they would still return inside.

It was as if they were trapped by a ghost in the house!

"Woo woo woo! What kind of haunted place is this! I want to go home! I want to go home! Woo woo woo!"

After more than an hour of exploration failures, Chloe finally couldn’t hold back her tears.

If it were under normal circumstances, Dashiell would surely coax her gently and patiently.

But now, he was also trapped in this bizarre house, and he hadn’t the mind to comfort a woman. He growled impatiently,

"Shut up! Stop whining!"

Chloe was clearly taken aback by his sudden shout, as if she hadn’t expected Dashiell to speak to her like that.

Dashiell had to suppress his temper and coax her.

"Madison, don’t make a fuss. We need to think of a way out of here first."

Chloe, though aggrieved, knew that crying wasn’t going to solve the situation, so she urged him, "Well, think of something! I don’t want to stay here!"

But Dashiell had no solutions to offer.

The more he was unable to think of a way, the more agitated Chloe became,

"I don’t care. If it weren’t for you, I wouldn’t have come to this haunted place. You have to get me out of here! I want to find my dad, woo woo woo..."

Already unsettled, Dashiell felt a nameless fire rise within him at her accusations and couldn’t help but reach out and slap her.

"Shut up!"

A crisp sound echoed through the empty house.

Yet it seemed to unleash some violent force within Dashiell.

In a daze, he seemed to hear someone whispering in his ear.

"Women are such shallow and annoying creatures. They pretend to be gentle when they like you, but shout and scream when they’re upset. Haven’t you always wanted to hit her?"

"Do it. No one will find out what you do here."

"You don’t have to plan carefully. You can do anything you want, just do it..."

Those seemingly seductive words magnified Dashiell’s initial intent to kill to its fullest extent.

He looked at Chloe, who was knocked to the ground by his slap, and his eyes quickly filled with a crimson shade.

His once gentle expressions were now tinged with a murderous smile.

"They all deserve to die; you all deserve to die."

Chloe was terrified as she stared at the man who suddenly became frightening. She couldn’t understand why he was showing such a horrifying smile, and her fear overwhelmed her anger from being hit.

She instinctively tried to move her body to run away.

She had to run.

This wasn’t her Dashiell!

Thinking this, Chloe turned to flee, but just as she stepped away, her hair was grabbed viciously from behind.

Chloe was thrown to the ground violently.

Before she could adjust to the pain, she felt a weight on her body.

Turning her head, she saw Dashiell sitting directly on top of her.

In the next second, his hands gripped her throat tightly.

"Dashiell..."

Chloe’s eyes widened in disbelief, filled with deep fear and a plea for mercy.

The man in front of her seemed oblivious, his fingers tightening around her throat, the red in his eyes growing deeper, yet his face still wore a smile.

"Didn’t you say you liked me? You should be happy I’m personally sending you off..."

Watching the eyes of the woman beneath him almost roll back, Dashiell’s violent urges seemed to gain immense satisfaction.

He smiled, increasing the pressure in his hands.

As he felt the fragile pulse under his palms, his excitement only grew.

Suddenly, a white light burst from his hands gripping Chloe’s neck.

Dashiell froze in place, unable to withdraw his hands in time. The next moment, he felt himself kicked violently away.

Scarlett Jennings seemed to appear out of thin air, her eyes quickly scanning the surrounding world before withdrawing her outstretched leg and turning to check on Chloe.

Fortunately, she was only temporarily unconscious.

Dashiell struggled to get up from the ground, and was startled to see Scarlett suddenly appear. In the next moment, he quickly regained his calm and put on a worried expression.

"Scarlett, you came just in time. Madison and I somehow got brought to this strange place, and she just inexplicably suffocated. I was just about to save her..."

Scarlett listened to Dashiell but coldly rose, looked at him, and spoke with a voice like a cold spring.

"You weren’t trying to save her; you were trying to kill her."

Dashiell looked confused, "You’re misunderstanding; Madison is actually my girlfriend. How could I kill her..."

"Haven’t you killed enough people?"

Scarlett’s voice was indifferent, shattering Dashiell’s pretense, her eyes like an abyss, staring straight at him,

"Dashiell Xalvadora, can you really not see the vengeful spirits of the five girls behind you?"

Scarlett’s voice was cold and indifferent.

In this empty Altered Space, there was no hiding it.

And, inexplicably, it transmitted through her microphone to the live broadcast.

[Holy crap!!! Is that Scarlett’s mic? Where is she? What is she even saying?!]

[Scarlett found Dashiell? Where are they? What about the staff? Tell me, what’s the plot here?!]

[Can anyone explain what’s going on? Is Dashiell playing a murderer in this show? Did the show turn into a game of Mafia?]

[So, behind Dashiell are the vengeful spirits of five girls?!]

[This plot is intense, somehow reminds me of the recent talk online about psychopathic serial killers...]

In front of the camera.

Director Clark was truly losing it.

He grabbed his head with both hands, his entire being in a frenzied state.

"Where are Dashiell and Scarlett?! Still no news?! The mic reception range is only so far, hurry up and find them!"

Listening to Scarlett’s words, Director Clark just wanted to drop dead on the spot.

What on earth was Scarlett talking about?

And how on earth was he supposed to explain this to the audience...

There wasn’t even a script for this damn show!!!
