Fang Lin frowned: “I will spare your life for now, as I still have many questions for you.”

Having said that, Fang Lin did not care what the woman was thinking. With a casual throw, the True Dragon opened its maw, and with a single inhalation, sucked in the head of the woman in black.

Both the Green Robe Guest and the old farmer tensed up. They saw the old farmer trying to stand and fight Fang Lin to the death, but he was no match for Fang Lin. A spear thrust from Fang Lin impaled his head, killing him immediately.

The Green Robe Guest shivered, his eyes filled with a mixture of sternness and tension, along with a hint of relief.

“Who would have thought Hidden Kill Hall would have someone willing to sacrifice themselves for their comrade?” Fang Lin glanced at the corpse of the old farmer and curled his lips.

Upon hearing this, the Green Robe Guest was taken aback for a moment and then his expression turned complex as he shook his head and sighed.

The Green Robe Guest was the brains of Hidden Kill Hall; his intellect was extraordinary, and he could see through any situation with a single glance.

But just now, he did not realize that the old farmer’s fight-to-the-death act with Fang Lin was so he could survive.

Because Fang Lin said that only one person from Hidden Kill Hall needed to be left alive, which meant that only either the Green Robe Guest or the old farmer could live.

The old farmer was not foolish; if he wanted to live, he could have directly attacked the Green Robe Guest. But instead, he sought to fight Fang Lin, knowing it was certain death, indicating the old farmer did not wish to live; he just wanted the Green Robe Guest to survive.

“Take him to the Sky Swallowing Palace.” Dugu Nian ordered her subordinate wearing a mask.

At once, the Dragon Mask Man took the Green Robe Guest into the Sky Swallowing Palace.

Fang Lin walked up to the South Zodiac King and the North Spirit King, contemplating how to deal with these two.

“Fang Lin, these two had joined forces with the Hidden Kill Hall’s experts to assassinate me.” Dugu Nian mentioned casually beside him.

Hearing this, both kings tensed instantly. Dugu Nian’s reminder to Fang Lin meant not to let past favors of the Pill Alliance spare their lives.

Fang Lin grunted and was about to kill both, but just then, a figure arrived from afar and landed before everyone.

“Young friend Fang Lin, please honor this old man’s face and spare their lives.” The newcomer was the East Pole Heaven King, who immediately bowed to Fang Lin, his attitude very humble.

Fang Lin frowned and returned the greeting with a fist salute: “Does the Heaven King intend to take them away?”

Hearing this, both the South Zodiac King and the North Spirit King looked troubled, while the East Pole Heaven King smiled and nodded: “I agree.”

Fang Lin grunted to signal the East Pole Heaven King could take South Zodiac and North Spirit away.

“I will visit the Pill Alliance soon, and I hope that by then, the Heaven King’s promise has been fulfilled. Otherwise, I’ll take care of it personally,” Fang Lin said with a tone that was neither salty nor bland, but the threat was obvious.

“I will remember this,” East Pole Heaven King acknowledged with a fist salute, then had South Zodiac and North Spirit leave first before collecting the Western Moon King’s mutilated corpse and departing.

So, only the Old Emperor Qin, the Old Yuan Emperor, and the current Qin Emperor remained.

“Fang Lin, what is your intent?” The Qin Emperor spoke, still commanding an air of authority due to his long-term position.

Fang Lin glanced at him and said, “You are free to leave.”

The Qin Emperor was stunned, then frowned: “And my father?”

Fang Lin did not know that the two old men were the Old Emperor Qin and Old Yuan Emperor. He found out after Dugu Nian explained on the side.

“The two old emperors are to stay. Do you two have any objections?” Fang Lin ignored the current Qin Emperor and turned to the two old emperors.
