Chapter 1326 - Chapter 1326 Chapter 1425 Land of Magma
Chapter 1326: Chapter 1425: Land of Magma Chapter 1326: Chapter 1425: Land of Magma This was a domain belonging to fire and heat, where vitality had withered away, and nothing existed but endless flames and magma.
At the very moment Fang Lin and Yin Wuyan appeared, the closest volcano to them erupted violently, spewing terrifying magma with scorching temperatures in a sky-covering wave toward both of them, seemingly intent on burying them in this tidal wave of molten rock.
Neither of them had the chance to acquaint themselves with this strange new world before being plunged into such a dire situation; beyond their initial surprise, they immediately started to flee into the distance.
They chose not to recklessly counter the onslaught of magma–after all, they had just arrived and were ignorant of the lay of the land; making a move could very likely trigger even greater unexpected complications.
Moreover, the force of the magma was so immense, and both of them were not in their best state; even if they tried to resist, they were not certain to withstand it.
As soon as they fled, the tidal wave of magma seemed to lock onto Fang Lin and Yin Wuyan, chasing after them with a howling fury, much like colossal sea waves, majestic and overwhelming.
Fang Lin looked back and his expression turned cold; the magma, by all reason, should not be behaving this way. It seemed to possess a will of its own, deliberately pursuing the two of them.
“This could be the guardians of this place having detected our arrival and directly unleashing their powers in an attempt to kill us,” Yin Wuyan voiced her speculation.
Fang Lin nodded, largely agreeing with Yin Wuyan’s conjecture.
He turned his head and was immediately stunned; Yin Wuyan had somehow vanished into thin air.
Fang Lin glanced back, only to find the magma wave still in pursuit of him, yet Yin Wuyan had disappeared without a trace.
A hundred miles away, Yin Wuyan reappeared, her demeanor a blend of mischief and schadenfreude.
“You can deal with this magma. I won’t be accompanying you any longer,” Yin Wuyan said, with a triumphant smile spreading across her face as she fled into the distance.
Poor Fang Lin, chased by the raging waves of magma, was truly stuck between a rock and a hard place, with no escape up to heaven or down to earth. The relentless magma waves seemed hell-bent on swallowing him whole.
Boom!
Before he could shake off the trail of magma behind him, another grand torrent of magma erupted from a volcano right ahead, closing in from both front and back.
Seeing this, Fang Lin furrowed his brows, understanding that continuing to flee would likely attract even more magma. He immediately took out The Ancient Lamp of Flame God.
Surrounded by four Ancient Lamps of Flame God floating around him, Fang Lin activated them, frantically absorbing the heat from the two approaching magma flows.
The Ancient Lamp of Flame God, a Fire Treasure, could absorb the heat from within the magma to bolster its own might. Fang Lin had not wanted to reveal these four lamps, but now it seemed that he had no choice.
The momentum of the two magma flows visibly diminished as their heat was continually absorbed by the four lamps.
After the lamps absorbed the heat from the magma, they grew even more luminous, their wicks burning significantly brighter and more vigorously.
Fang Lin watched and felt a surge of secret joy; it seemed that this place was a treasure trove for The Ancient Lamp of Flame God. Utilizing the endless flames and heat of this land could potentially enhance the power of the lamps.
However, The Ancient Lamp of Flame God was already tremendously powerful; making the four ancient lamps even stronger was extremely difficult, and at most, he could hope for a slight increase in their already formidable strength.
Very soon, both streams of magma attacking from the front and behind had lost their heat and turned into solid rock, scattering as they fell.
Fang Lin let out a sigh of relief, his figure landing on the ground. The moment his feet touched the earth, a burning sensation scorched the soles of his shoes, and the sound of sizzling rose up. Fang Lin’s shoes suddenly caught fire.
“Ouch.” Fang Lin was startled and promptly released his Inner Strength to extinguish the flames, at the same time protecting his body with Inner Strength. Otherwise, if he stayed in this damned place for a while longer, his clothes and shoes would be burnt clean off.
“This place is even more dangerous than the Second Array, but I wonder what abilities the guardian here possesses. Can they only control magma? Perhaps it’s not that simple,” Fang Lin muttered to himself.
“Heal your injuries first, other matters can wait,” the Old Dried Corpse said.
Fang Lin nodded and in a flash, he entered the Supreme Saint Hall, and his presence was lost to the world outside.
Within a huge volcano, magma churned and flames occasionally soared to the sky.
Amidst that magma, a young man sat upon a lava throne, surrounded by exceedingly hot magma that flowed around him. Yet, he felt no pain whatsoever. There were no marks of burns or scalding on his body; instead, he appeared to be enjoying himself as if he were in a hot spring, not a pool of magma.
“To disappear without a sound, this kid must hold some secrets. But as long as he doesn’t find the Array Eye, he cannot leave this place. There’s plenty of time to play with him,” the young man said indifferently, stirring the magma with his hand, looking utterly bored.

In another, somewhat smaller volcano, a figure sat cross-legged, not in the magma, but on a protruding rock ledge above the sea of lava.
The temperature in this place was extremely high; ordinary people would be turned to ash in moments if they fell in here.
Even a Spirit Vein realm expert would struggle to endure the heat in this volcano, managing for a time, yes, but any longer would spell trouble.
Martial Artists with a Spirit Bone could last longer, but they too could not linger, as it required a constant use of Inner Strength to neutralize the heat and protect oneself from harm.
Thus, the consumption of Inner Strength was incredibly fast, and not even a sufficient quantity of Pills would do any good.
But this person just sat there, without moving an inch, and was still alive, without so much as a singed hair.
This person was dressed simply, with a body neither thin nor bulky and stood quite tall. He looked to be in his thirties, not particularly handsome but exuding a feeling of resilience.
In the lava below, a treasured sword rose and sank, constantly being tempered and roasted within the magma.
The temperature in the magma was enough to destroy ordinary treasures, yet the sword bore no signs of damage. Under the fiery tempering, its precious light shone even brighter, as if it had ascended to a new level.
“This place can refine my Knife Skills, allow me to comprehend more of the sword’s essence. Although it won’t let me step into the Spirit Source realm in one go, it brings me infinitely close to it. I can enter that realm whenever I wish,” the man sitting on the rock wall said.
If Fang Lin were here, he would certainly be shocked, for this man was none other than A Sword Stroke Dusty, who had appeared before in the Chaos Demon Valley.
At this moment, Juechen was in this volcano, gaining insights into new Knife Skills, his strength continuously rising.
