The Emperor's Omega Is An Extra -
Chapter 129: First Impressions
Chapter 129: First Impressions
Of course, nothing happened after that. Spade dragged Arren into the shower, and they both cleaned themselves. Arren was a little reluctant inside, but Spade also took care of his desire and sucked it for him. He knew it wasn’t his first time, as the alpha did it for him when he was in heat, but the pleasure was way more vivid this time.
He wasn’t disappointed for long as he knew that it was only their first day on this island. They had a few days ahead of them, and he laughed maliciously inside while thinking of this. It seemed he could test some theories in his mind.
Was a certain position really possible? Hmm... he would find out later.
"What are you thinking?" Spade became alert and narrowed his eyes. His hand was on Arren’s jaw as he massaged it. The way he smiled was really evil. He was planning something for certain.
"I’m just thinking..." He smiled innocently, although he appeared not the least bit innocent in the alpha’s eyes. He leaned on Spade while he was being massaged for his tired jaw, and he stared at the alpha with some hunger in his eyes. "...we still have a lot of time to become acquainted with each other’s bodies and connect our hearts deeper." He finished with the most obvious innuendos that even fools could understand.
Spade could only shake his head and choose not to respond to Arren. If he did, who knew where it would lead? He wasn’t a hypocrite; he wanted it too. However, he also wanted them to enjoy the vacation and not only be tangled in bed.
Arren didn’t insist. The alpha was always like this, and he knew how to stop. After all, they were on the same page. It wasn’t like he only wanted pleasure and sex in his mind; he also wanted to play around on the beach. And if they ever got into a heated moment in the middle of playing around on the beach, that was their destiny. Arren could only accept it with an open mind and heart.
The silence was somehow deafening, but it was mostly peaceful, and it calmed their raging hearts. It was only the two of them inside, but it wasn’t boring at all. Instead, Arren truly liked the serene atmosphere within them.
Their hands were interlocked while sitting in the living room, and their bodies pressed against each other as they slumped lazily on the couch. Both of their bodies were giving them an inexplicable warmth. Arren confirmed that when you are with the one you love, time unconsciously slows down, yet it also seems to be turning faster at the same time.
"Do you want to walk on the beach?" Spade’s deep voice broke the silence between them.
Without any hesitation, Arren nodded, agreeing to this suggestion.

The evening breeze was cold, but as they walked hand in hand on the beach, they were only enveloped in warmth and a comfortable silence. In their area, only the sound of the waves could be heard; it was dark, and the only source of light was their lit villa. However, at a distance, some lights could still be seen, which were near the center of Himayana Island.
They stopped a few distances from their villa, the moon illuminating their surroundings slightly. Arren looked at the sea before him and the occasional wave under his feet.
He played with their interlocked fingers, immersing himself in the comfortable silence that they created.
"When I entered your car before, what was your reaction?" Arren asked out of the blue. It was a conversation starter, but at the same time, he also wanted to ask this.
It seemed like, even after they became together, it was still rare that they had a moment like this. They never had a simple conversation about when their time was limited, when Arren had to go home, or when Spade needed to be busy.
They had been a couple for a few months, and as their love and connection became deeper, Arren realized they still had a lot to learn about each other.
Spade glanced at him, his calm expression was slightly startled by the question, but only for a second, and his lips curved.
"I’m surprised that some omega dared to enter my car... and he was in heat as well," his gaze softened, recalling that day. Arren listened to him, since what the alpha said made sense. If someone he didn’t know entered his car, then he would be startled too.
"And then? Why didn’t you confront me?" Arren could vaguely remember it; he really thought he was his driver, and Spade didn’t say anything as well to correct him.
His pheromones also made him insane; he thought he was having immoral thoughts with the beta driver because of his heat.
Spade chuckled, hearing his somewhat complaining tone. "Of course, I want to know your intentions." He stared at Arren, his gaze focused on his delicate but captivating appearance. "And... I admit, I was already infatuated the moment I saw you." Spade admitted.
Aside from the heat pheromones that almost made him lose control, Arren was really so beautiful that he was captivated. It couldn’t be said love at first sight, but from that day on, Spade could never erase his image from his mind and knew that he wanted to see him again.
Arren grinned widely, proud that Spade was already into him when they first met. "Heh, I know that I’ve been charming ever since; even you can’t resist," he said smugly.
The alpha didn’t argue either and nodded seriously, admitting that it was the truth. They both laughed because of it.
"The first time I saw you, I also found you so handsome that I wanted to sed—cough, I mean, I wanted to get to know you better." Arren almost slipped up, since that was really his intention before, and he was his ideal type, so he was disappointed when he didn’t visit him again after a few days.
The glint in Spade’s eyes became obvious, and he grinned. He knew that the omega was interested in him when they first met, but it was only superficial at most. It was so obvious that he was flirting with him before.
"I know," Spade fixed Arren’s hair that had been messed up by the wind.
Arren laughed, but then his eyes squinted as he remembered something.
"Then why, when we first met in the mansion, you didn’t seem interested in me? You’re such a snob! And the way you answer me, if not because you’re my type, I already want to punch you. It’s so annoying." Arren complained his heart out that he now remembers that Spade was really hateful that his tone was almost flat and that he was so serious too.
He squeezed Spade’s hand to show his dissatisfaction with his attitude at the time.
Spade immediately coaxed him and slightly hugged him, smiling as he found Arren extremely endearing and cute with how he complained.
"I’m only surprised that you didn’t recognize me," he said, holding back his laughter as Arren averted his gaze, feeling guilty about it. "I also don’t want you to meet that person, and be troubled with the investigation," he continued.
Arren pursed his lips; he was a little speechless since he knew some of the faults were on him since he didn’t recognize Spade, but still, wasn’t the alpha playing along with him too?
They looked at each other, and as he thought of their hilarious encounters and the mistaken identities, they both couldn’t help but laugh and embrace each other.
Truly, some things were meant to be precious memories that made you laugh when the time came.
