Pei Qin looked towards the Minister of Public Works.

The Minister of Public Works hastily responded, "There is a former weaving factory lying idle, the General can first visit to see if it’s suitable. If it works, the Ministry of Labour will immediately clean it up and remodel it."

Pei Qin nodded, called a little eunuch over with Shi Rui to convey the message, and she went to see the site of the weaving factory. She then left the palace accompanied by Lu Hai, Liu Feng, and the self-proclaimed Assistant Minister of Public Works, Sir Cheng.

The idle weaving factory, though somewhat old, could be refurbished and used temporarily, which was much larger than any government office.

Liu Feng looked at Lu Hai, signaling her to stay and supervise the construction.
