Chapter 81: Chapter 81: CEO is a pervert’s title

The anchor’s voice rang out, filled with excitement:

"And the winner is... the High Lord Vampire!"

The audience erupted—some cheered and howled joyfully, while others remained stunned into silence.

Zara gave a soft smile, her glowing sword vanishing. Without a word, she turned and began walking toward her wives.

As she neared them, she suddenly blinked in confusion—there was weight in her arms. Looking down, she saw Grace, grinning wildly and clinging to her like a koala.

"My wife~ hehehe!" Grace giggled, rubbing her cheek affectionately against Zara’s.

Zara froze mid-step, eyes wide.

A-ah... what just happened to Grace?

Still holding her overly enthusiastic wife, she instinctively looked up—and for the briefest moment, she saw Lilith’s eyes glowing with a deep, obsessive hunger as they locked onto her.

Huh—?

She blinked again. Lilith’s face looked completely normal now, her lips curled into a calm, amused smile.

Zara let out a soft sigh. Must’ve been my imagination...

Zara looked at Grace in her arms and asked softly,"Why are you showing this much enthusiasm, dear?"

Grace met her gaze with bright, unwavering eyes."Because my wife won. I’m happy, you know?"

Zara smiled at her words and nodded. Gently resting grace head on her shoulder, she began walking forward, still carrying her in her arms.

"Now, when we return from—"She suddenly paused, sensing something sharp.

Her gaze shifted, and she spotted Lilith, walking toward them with narrowed eyes, jealousy practically radiating from her.

Zara blinked.

Without a word, Lilith reached her, took Zara’s free hand, and leaned in to press a light kiss against her lips.

Then she huffed, her tone pointed yet sweet:"We’ll return now. Don’t worry... hmph."

After saying that, Lilith began walking forward, dragging Zara—who was still holding Grace in her arms—along with her.

Zara gave a wry smile.

W-What am I supposed to do in this situation...? she muttered to herself, helplessly glancing between her two wives.

As they continued walking, a sudden chill crept down Zara’s spine. She felt a gaze heavy on her back.

She turned her head slowly—and her eyes met Frances, standing at the edge of the stands, arms crossed, staring at her with unreadable intensity.

A strange feeling crawled over Zara’s skin.

Why is she looking at me like that...?

They exited the arena. Just as Lilith was about to open a portal back home, a voice rang out sharply from behind them:

"Where do you think you’re going, bloodsucker?"

Lilith stopped, letting go of Zara’s hand. Her eyes narrowed as she turned toward the voice.

Jane was striding toward them, fire in her steps and annoyance etched into her face.

Lilith raised a brow and said casually,"Going home. You didn’t figure that out, mutt?"

A vein throbbed on Jane’s temple."Our fight isn’t over! So where exactly do you think you’re going?"

Lilith smirked. "It is over. You said my wife couldn’t beat Omar. But guess what? She did. So... I win. End of story."

Jane snapped back, "That doesn’t count!"

But Lilith just waved her hand dismissively, as if shooing away a fly.

"Yeah, yeah. Believe whatever you want. Denial’s a good look on you."

Jane turned her head sharply toward Zara and strode over, stopping just a few steps away. Her eyes locked onto Zara’s, intense and unreadable.

Zara blinked, confused.

W-What? I didn’t say anything... she thought, holding Grace a little closer.

Jane stood there silently for a moment, just staring. Then, with a huff, she suddenly turned around and walked off toward the arena again.

Zara tilted her head.Did... did she just come over to stare at me?

Meanwhile, Jane kept walking briskly, her expression unreadable—until she was far enough away for no one to see the faint blush creeping across her cheeks.

"why am i thinking about her since match ended, Stop thinking about her Jane,"

she scolded herself.

"She’s just strong. That’s all. Nothing more... hmph."

Lilith opened a shimmering portal and stepped through. Zara quickly followed, the portal closing behind them with a soft hum.

Crimsonveil Clan Territory

As they emerged into the familiar courtyard, Zara smiled softly. The warm breeze and the scent of home comforted her. She felt movement at her side—Grace gently slipped from her arms, leaned in, and whispered against her ear, her breath warm.

"See you in the room, wifey."

Zara blinked, puzzled—then the words clicked in her mind. Her face flushed a delicate red and she coughed awkwardly, flustered.

Lilith, catching the blush, narrowed her eyes and glanced back and forth between Grace and Zara.

Tch... so today’s her day? No way. I’m not waiting another night.

Without another word, Lilith grabbed Grace’s arm and dragged her off in the opposite direction.

Zara blinked again, watching them go.

"Wait... that’s the wrong way to our rooms?"

As their figures disappeared around a corner, she sighed and ran a hand through her hair.

"What am I even supposed to do now... alone?"

After a moment’s thought, she turned and wandered out of the courtyard, heading toward the training fields. But as she passed by a hedge-lined path, her gaze caught on something new.

A garden.

A stunning, peaceful garden in full bloom.

"Huh...? This has always been here? How did I never notice it?"

Drawn in by curiosity, she stepped inside, following a stone path through beds of vibrant flowers. After some time, she sat beneath a large tree, letting her back rest against its trunk. She closed her eyes, the quiet breeze brushing against her skin.

But then—her hand touched something.

Blinking, she looked down and saw... a book, half-buried in the grass.

"What’s this doing here?"

Curious, she picked it up and brushed off the cover. Her eyes widened slightly as she read the title—something about a CEO and a secretary. Her face reddened a little.

Still... curiosity won.

She opened it randomly to a page in the middle.

The CEO took hold of her, laying her gently on the bed. Their breaths mingled. He slowly undressed her, leaving her in nothing but a lacy bra...

Zara’s eyes grew wide, her blush deepening.

He leaned in, parting her lips with his mouth...

"Wha—?!"

She slammed the book shut, her entire face now crimson.

"W-What kind of indecent book is this? which pervert will lovemaking with someone who doesn’t even there wife, and Who just leaves this book here in the open!?"

Muttering to herself, she placed the book back where she found it and jumped to her feet.

"CEO... what even is that? Some kind of pervert title?"

Suddenly—

"Ahem."

Zara froze.

She turned slowly toward the source of the sound—only to blink in surprise.

"Edith?"

The graceful woman stood with her arms crossed, eyebrow slightly raised.

"Why are you here?" Zara asked. "Didn’t you run ah I mean leave halfway through Nyssa’s training session?"

Edith nodded at Zara’s question and said casually,

"Well, I did leave, but Mother sent me here with a message. There’s a family function tomorrow night—she wants all of you to attend. I came early to deliver the invitation, but couldn’t find anyone... so I ended up resting here."

She paused, her gaze shifting to the spot where Zara had picked up the book. A knowing smile tugged at her lips."But... did you read that book?"

She tilted her head, studying Zara’s face for any hint of a reaction.

Zara instantly shook her head, her expression flat as wood."Nope. I didn’t. What book?"

Edith watched her for a moment, but seeing no change in her expression, she smiled and nodded, letting it go.

"That’s a pity then, let’s head back to the mansion."

She stepped forward and gently placed a hand on Zara’s shoulder, guiding her toward the estate. As they walked, her other hand subtly moved behind her back—thin threads of blood slithered out from her fingertip like silk. Quietly, they snatched the book from the ground and coiled it into her grasp, hidden behind her flowing sleeve.

Zara, still beside her, stole a glance toward Edith—only for her eyes to land on the woman’s slightly extra open blouse and exposed neckline.

Her face turned red again, and she quickly looked away, flustered.

’Why is today like this?!’ she thought, her heart beating faster as they continued toward the mansion.

Grace stared at Lilith, stunned.

"Lilith, what are you saying? We can’t do that!"

Lilith frowned and crossed her arms in frustration.

"Why not? Our mothers did it plenty of times. Sure, they usually took turns, but there were nights they all slept with Father together."

Grace blinked at her answer. "But you were the one who insisted we should take turns. So why the sudden change?"

Lilith looked away, letting out an awkward cough."I... I just didn’t want to sleep away from her, okay? If Father could do it, then why can’t we?"

Grace placed a finger on her chin, thinking.

She... does have a point. I also don’t want to wait an extra day just to be with Zara...

After a brief silence, Grace relented.

"Okay... but don’t touch me."

Lilith’s frown deepened. "Wha—What?! I wasn’t planning to touch you! you are my sister, I only brought it up because I thought you didn’t want to wait either!"

She turned to leave, visibly upset. "Ugh, forget it. It’s clear you hate the idea. We’ll stick to the turns."

But before she could take another step, Grace quickly grabbed her hand.

"Okay, okay! I was joking! Just joking!" she said, flustered.

Lilith paused, glanced at her, and smirked.

"Hmph. You better be."
