"By right, you demand?!" a scornful laugh escaped his lips. She was crazy, this woman. What had gotten into her?!

"Yes! I demand!" She retorted. "By right! You’re not the only one who has the right to demand. And just as you never let me say no, I will not allow you say no either. It is my right, and I demand that you perform your husbandly duties!" She said and the words echoed in his ear and the anger he was trying to hold onto had really dissipated after those words.

" I don’t know either. B_but just stop already, I know I am selfish, but please believe me when I say," She paused again and lifted her head from his chest. His eyes held hers that were full of tears again. "In truth, I want you to forgive me for what I did. And then I want you to hold me be_becauae I am so cold."

"I told you before Neriah, I too wish to trust in my wife. So please stop doing things that would question your sincerity. I am going to put my trust in you," His hand snaked around her neck and gently, he pulled her inches closer to his face and his voice went a little lower, "Do not break it. I don’t know what I will do if you break my trust again."

He was a fool, anyone would call him a fool for putting any trust in her but he could not help it. There was no way to control his heart. Not when she was involved.

"I won’t." She reassured him.
