"Very poetic," Mingshen commented. "Also quite nasty to hide a cult gathering within a charity function."

The valuable money which will get raised here will also be used for research and innovation so that we can provide more financial support to develop treatments and prevention methods for STDs."

Mingshen scoffed.

She arched her brow. "You have other opinions?"

He smiled. "Noble and also convenient. These cute little rich people gather at one place, flaunt their wealth while also expressing their so-called sorrow for the unfortunate people suffering. Very touching when the entire objective of such a farce is pure networking and stroking their egos, nothing else."

"Rich people cannot be empathetic?"

The host announced after giving his short speech. "With that said, let me invite the true host of tonight’s event and someone who has spent quite a fortune towards these noble organizations working hard day and night for the betterment of our society."

A yawn escaped Mingshen’s mouth.
