"I didn’t know you were coming over; I’ve already booked my flight for tonight," Ye Wanwan said.

"No problem, I’ll just buy another one," Shen Yi said as he took out his phone, ready to book a flight.

He had come in such a rush that he hadn’t brought anything with him, just himself, so it wasn’t convenient to stay here. It was good to go back tonight.

So the two of them sat on the bed, still holding Zhouzhou, huddled together to book the flight tickets.

After booking the tickets, Shen Yi asked, "Should we leave here now?"

The show had been stopped, and there was no need for Ye Wanwan to continue staying here.

"Yes," Ye Wanwan nodded, thinking it was alright to leave; after all, it was already noon, and truth be told, she was hungry.

There was some food left in the kitchen, but with the current atmosphere, Ye Wanwan really didn’t want to stay here any longer.

Shen Yi then put Zhouzhou down and stood up to check what needed to be packed for their departure.

Ye Wanwan went out and knocked on Su Tong and Zhang Xuehan’s door, telling them that she was preparing to leave. Su Tong and Zhang Xuehan hugged Ye Wanwan.

The kids knew Zhouzhou was leaving and clung to him, saying their reluctant goodbyes.

Especially Xiao Yu, a brusque child, who was reluctant to see Zhouzhou go, his eyes reddening with tears about to spill.

It was Ye Wanwan who comforted him, telling him that they would see each other again in the future, and that calmed him down.

Ye Wanwan, holding Zhouzhou’s hand, with Shen Yi pulling two suitcases, came downstairs to see Zhao Yingling sitting in the living room downstairs.

Now only Zhao Yingling was there; it wasn’t clear where Zhao Zhenzhen was. The sight of the family of three coming downstairs kindled a restrained fury in Zhao Yingling’s eyes!

She didn’t understand; she hadn’t done anything, so why were they forcing her to leave the show?

Zhao Yingling’s head was filled with her agent’s warnings not to provoke Ye Wanwan, or else she would have to deal with the consequences herself!

However, Ye Wanwan acted as if she hadn’t seen Zhao Yingling at all, not giving her a single glance, much less a goodbye, until they left the guesthouse.

Shen Yi had not come alone; when he landed, Chen Assistant had already arranged for a car to pick him up and bring him here.

Shen Yi wasn’t familiar with the area, having never even been here on a business trip, but on the other hand, Chen Assistant had already made arrangements. The driver took them straight to a hotel.

By the time they reached the hotel, it was past one in the afternoon. Zhouzhou had had formula before they set off and was now sleeping in Shen Yi’s arms.

Meanwhile, Ye Wanwan was so hungry her stomach was rumbling, and Shen Yi was hungry too. The two checked into the hotel, went up to their room, and ordered a meal right away.

They couldn’t help it; Zhouzhou was asleep, and they didn’t feel comfortable leaving him alone, so they had to eat in the room.

After having their lunch, Shen Yi asked Ye Wanwan, "Do you want to rest for a while?"

After the exertions of the morning, Ye Wanwan was feeling tired. The two quickly tidied up a bit and then lay down on the bed next to Zhouzhou to rest.
