Chapter 91: Xavier Moon

"Guys, don’t be afraid. I’m still your old friend Allynna." She said with a warm smile, "The only difference now is I have a fiancé. And he’s a bit protective of me. But, as long as you do not harm me and talk nasty things about me, my fiance will not even think to harm you guys. So, please just speak casually to me..." She tries to make them relax, but what she does only makes them even more tense. Allynna frowned, looking at her two best friends... "Did you guys curse me in your mind?" Allynna asks in disbelief.

They both nod again, but this time their faces look pale like they just saw a grim reaper who comes to collect their soul.

Allynna is utterly speechless.

She quickly looked at Leon. She was shocked when she saw Leon’s face seemed so tense and darker as if a dark fire appeared behind his back and his eyes looked so fierce at Lizzy and Helan.

She immediately speaks to him through her mind, "Brother Leon, please be patient and don’t overthink about what they’ve said. We are like that when we meet. We always cursed each other. It was clearly just a joke... please just ignore them, could you?" With her calm jade-like eyes, she pleads for forgiveness.

After a few seconds, Allynna saw his face turn calmly again, and he nodded to her. She took a deep sigh of relief. It was too damn closed! Her two friends almost vanished from this world by her fiancé’s wrath. Deep inside, she vows to teach the prince to be more patient and much less hot-headed.

"Guys listen, you can’t say or think bad things about me from now on." She made sure both of them understood that Leon could know what was on their mind. They nodded quickly.

"Well, I can’t tell you guys how long I’ve known His Highness. He proposed to me when we were all still in high school, back in Sarlun. The last few weeks before Final Test, to be precise." Allynna paused when she saw Helan and Lizzy freeze in their place.

She continued, "Back then, I didn’t know his real identity. I just knew his name, Leon. And I only found out who he really was when I moved to the capital. Sorry, if I didn’t tell you guys sooner. However, I did intend to tell you once you got here...and I did it, right?" Allynna smiled slightly when she saw them nodding again.

"Are you guys muted or what? It’s been 5 minutes since the last time you guys say a word." Allynna was confused to see that they had been silent for a long time and just nodded when she asked them. Does this shocking news still make them speechless?

Allynna could only silently chuckle in her heart.

"A-Ally, ooh, we understand. You don’t need to apologize to us." Lizzy hastily speaks.

"Yes, Ally... you don’t need to. We totally understand!" Helan said tensely while moving slightly away from Allynna. Just now, he heard the Crown Prince’s warning in his mind. He asked him to stay away from Allynna and never touch her, or he will be punished.

Allyna smiled happily. Now Lizzy and Helan trust her.

It was almost nine o’clock at night. Allynna said goodbye to her two friends who still wanted to enjoy the night at the restaurant.

They left the room with Ikaris walking behind them.

Before they are about to enter the special elevator, someone calls Leon. They all look back and see a man approach them.

This is the second time Allynna has seen this man. But she didn’t know his name and Leon didn’t introduce her to the man either. She avoided him by browsing her cellphone, afraid Leon would be jealous if she asked about the man.

The man is Xavier Moon.

"Your Highness." Xavier greeted Leon respectfully. He also greeted Ikaris. When his eyes saw the girl standing right beside Leon, he tried so hard to hide his surprise, but he couldn’t. This was the second time he had seen Leon walk with this girl. And the girl looked casually standing beside him as if the man beside her was just an ordinary man, not the crown prince.

Xavier tried to look at her face, but he couldn’t see her. Leon deliberately moves between Xavier and her.

"What is it, Xavier?"

"Your Highness... I just came and heard that you also eat here. I want to greet you." He tries to look at the girl again, but she completely hides. "This girl...may I know who she is? It’s rare to see you walk with a girl, Your Highness." Xavier asks.

Leon looks at Xavier with unwavering eyes. "She is my fiance...."

Leon’s words make Xavier shocked beyond words. Many questions appear in his mind.

Is His Highness now engaged? Since when? With who? Does he finally find the girl who can turn him on?

"Your Highness, you finally...find the woman that you can...." Xavier asks in shock. He knew Leon had sexual problems with women since he was a teenager. He can’t be aroused with anyone. Making him never close to women until now.

Leon’s face turns stiff when he hears Xavier’s questions. He nods slightly. But before he could answer Xavier’s question, an exclusive and unique elevator door opened. Leon immediately holds Allynna’s hand and walks into the elevator. He couldn’t say much more to Xavier because Allynna was by his side. This is not the right time for the girl to know who Xavier is. Not today.

Allynna was so shocked when Leon took her hand and held it tightly. Still, in a state of shock, she automatically followed his footsteps into the elevator and stood beside him. Her eyes fell on their intertwined hands. It felt warm, and her heart began to beat wildly. Slowly she looked up to see Leon towering at her side, making her curious as his gaze looked outside the elevator with a cold expression.

Allynna reacted by following his gaze. She was stunned when her eyes met Xavier’s eyes.
