By the time Darren finished healing all the girl’s severe wounds and minor injuries, outside the day had turned into night. He tried to get up, but his legs felt so weak. It wasn’t just his legs, but his whole body felt like all the energy that was in him seemed to be sucked. He immediately took out a black pill from his space-ring, then he swallowed it quickly. Soon, he regains his power, and he finally can stand up.

When Darren got out of bed, he found the crown prince still standing where he was, and his expression still looked so gloomy. He was stunned. He thought the crown prince would be going outside or sitting on the sofa.

How many hours has he been standing there?

Slowly Darren walked towards the Crown Prince.

"Your highness, I have successfully healed Lady....ummm" He wanted to ask her name. Still, he paused because the Crown Prince expression looked so terrifying. He continued saying, "The Lady... will be fine and wake up soon. But I’m afraid she will be traumatized by what she just experienced. And, my apology to you, Your Highness. For this one, I can’t help her..." Darren said.

"Thank you, Darren. That would be enough. You may wait for me outside. We will talk later after I finish here." Leon slightly glanced at Darren. After that, he walked toward Allynna’s bed.

After making sure Darren had already left the room, he sat on the bedside close to her. His eyes stared at her tiny pale face. He saw no more scars on her face. Now, her face looks as flawless as before the unfortunate encounter. Likewise her chest and her legs, there were no traces of injuries at all.

As Darren had said before, there was a possibility that she would feel traumatized from experiencing such a terrifying and torturous incident. Leon decides to erase her bad memories in the forbidden forest. But first, he wanted to know what really happened and why this girl suddenly walked towards there. Even though he had reminded her many times; never left the existing path because it was dangerous. But still... She left the track.

Leon slowly raised his hand and put it on Allynna’s forehead. He closed his eyes and tried to look at her memories in the forbidden forest.

Like video clips, he can see what happens through her mind. Leon sees Allynna can hear the sound of flowing water and starts to walk in that direction...

He now realized why she did not use her shoes. Looks like she was about to play in the water.

Then...

Leon frowned when he saw The Red Eyes Monster appear. That monster threatened his fiance and also controlled her mind. And he was shocked when he saw a little white cat appear and help her. Just one glance, he knew this cat was not an ordinary cat.

Is the cat distracting a monster? This is amazing.

After a few minutes, Leon opened his eyes. The color of his eyes changed like when he was angry. Now it has the color of the burning sun. His face has changed too. Now it’s turned darker.

He tried to calm his mind by taking several deep breaths. Then, he starts to erase All Anna’s memories, hoping she won’t feel any trauma with this terrible experience.

"Allynna, I’m really sorry I couldn’t protect you. From now on, I will always make sure you are safer like never before...."

His voice sounded so sad.

After a few minutes pass by, he finally stands and comes out from the bedroom. Leon saw Darren sitting on the couch.

Darren immediately stood up when he saw the crown prince come out from the room. While Leon nodded slightly at him then sat on the single sofa facing him.

Darren sat after seeing Leon sit and didn’t say a single word. He just silently waited for the crown prince to speak to him. He knew right now the crown prince was furious. He was worried about ending up dying if, right now, he saying something unimportant or, worst, something stupid. So, he wisely closed his mouth. Waiting.

"Darren..." Leon’s cold and low tone voice broke the silence and made Darren sit straight to see him. "Say it, what have you found when you heal my fiance, Allynna?" Leon asks.

So her name is Lady Allynna. What a beautiful name she has.

"Your Highness..."

Leon raised his hand to stop him from speaking. "Answer my question clearly..."

But stupidly, Darren was too curious about the identity of the Lady in the room till he ignored Leon’s warning. He said... "Your Highness, since when are you engaged?" This is the big question in his mind right now.

"Hmmm...Last month..."

"Where did His Highness meet her? So far, I’ve never seen Lady Allynna in our circle. In any of our meetings." Well, to be more precise, he’s never seen and heard of the crown prince having a lover. Why is he suddenly engaged now?

With a sharp gaze, Leon coldly said, "Darren... I think you are aware that it’s me who should be asking. Not you."

Darren’s body feels tense again, "Please accept my apology, Your Highness... I was just too curious."

"Don’t ask me anything about her, don’t try to investigate her identity, or I will harm you. And, you are not allowed to talk about her to other people..." Leon warned Darren seriously.

Darren gulps and nods immediately, then he remembers Xavier, their close friends. Shouldn’t he know either?

"Yes, including him. Don’t say anything yet to Xavier. I will tell him later when I have the opportunity."

"Don’t worry, Your Highness, I will keep my mouth closed," Darren said.

"Now...tell me what you find in her. Explain to me everything, don’t try to hide anything because I know what you were thinking." Leon said while looking Darren straight in his eyes.

"Your Highness, when I channeled my healing energy into Lady Allynna’s body, I can sense and feel that she has a powerful innate ability...." Darren feels pure energy in her body. At first, he thought it was usual energy, but he could feel that it was similar to his own after a while.

"Can you say it clearly? What ability? Why can’t I feel it?" Leon was confused. How could he not sense it, even though she has been in contact with her several times since she turned seventeen!
