The Bride Of Immortal Crown Prince
Chapter 64: Forbidden Forest

Chapter 64: Forbidden Forest

"My Lady... are you sure you want to be here alone? How about we go down together? I was afraid you would..." Lella looked around. All she can see in front of her is only tall and towering trees and a small path.

The sun’s rays couldn’t penetrate the leaf canopy above them, it was still noon at this time, but the surroundings where they were standing now looked so shady, a bit dark. She was worried about leaving her alone.

"Don’t worry, Lella. I told you before, I used to go into the forest with my father. I’m used to doing this alone...trust me. Go... hurry, don’t waste time..." Allynna said.

Lella immediately placed their lunch basket on the ground near Lady Allynna and ran down the path they had just walked.

"Lella, be careful not to fall," Allynna shouted when she saw Lella running fast. She chuckled at how adorable her little servant was.

After Lella’s back disappeared from her sight, she looked around her. The trees around her were ancient. She could see it from the bark and how big the tree was. There are not many flowers growing on the ground. Instead, there is moss on some rock spots and rotten branches.

Allynna closed her eyes, trying to hear her surroundings. Nothing was heard, only the rustling of branches rubbing against each other in the wind.

She really liked the tranquility that existed in this forest. It was like being in the woods behind her house, where she spent the day exploring the woods alone. Sometimes accompanied by her father to the climb onto the peak. And now she feels comfortable and calm.

While listening to her surroundings, she also tried to see the empty space in her mind. She’s not as scared as before, because the space in her mind is her ability, part of herself. However, she didn’t know what the use of that space was.

Then, an idea crossed her mind. She immediately grabbed the basket left by Lella and asked her brain to save the lunch basket in her mind-space. Allynna instantly froze because the lunch basket in her hand disappeared and appeared in her mind-space.

"So this space can store the things I want to keep?" She feels thrilled.

"But, how can I get the lunch basket out of my mind-space?" She was confused for a moment.

After a while, she realized that she just needed to do the same thing as when she put the lunch basket into her mind-space.

She immediately commanded her mind to put the lunch basket on the ground in front of her. And instantly, the basket appeared right in front of her.

"My Gosh! This is awesome...." She shrieked with joy.

Now she knows how to use her power.

She started making a list of what items she would keep there. Her survival kit for climbing the mountain, her clothes, her book, and any critical stuff she has now. Like, her house deed and her possession left by her late parents.

And she also wondered if she could keep the living things in her space? That would be crazily cool!

Not long after, her ears heard the sound of water flowing. She was surprised because earlier she didn’t hear anything at all. Why suddenly did the sound of running water appear like there was a waterfall not far from where she was sitting?

"What is it? Is this a new ability I can hear further?" This makes Allynna slightly excited.

She wanted to prove her guess and wanted to see if there’s a waterfall?

She looked in the direction of the sound of water flowing without her knowing she was already walking.

Allynna didn’t know how long she walked, but the further she walked, the denser the trees.

The thick bushes slowed her pace. Allynna struggles to find her way through the bushes. She is grateful now she is wearing the proper outfit for hiking. If only she wore her home dress, as usual, her smooth skin would tear when she entered the bush.

While Allynna was walking towards the waterfall, she heard.

Lella arrived at the edge of the lake.

With her tiny feet, she ran as fast as possible to the boat to get Lady Allynna’s bag.

However, as soon as she took the bag, not far from where she stood, she saw a tall, big man standing still and looking at her intently. He’s wearing a dark brown outfit complete with self-protection tools on his vest and waist. She recognizes the man as one of the guards of this castle through his uniform.

"What are you doing here, alone? Where is Lady Allynna? Why did you leave her alone in the middle of the forest?" He asked in a voice that sounded worried.

Lella’s heart almost stopped when she heard his question.

This guard is right. She shouldn’t have left Lady Allynna alone. No matter what happened, she had to stay with her. She vows to the Crown prince to guard Lady Allynna until her last breath, but now? She betrayed her vow. Instantly her legs felt weak, and she bent down.

Lella tried to calm herself a second later she stood up straight to face the guard.

"Sir... Lady Allynna told me to take this bag." She raises Lady Allynna’s bag in front of the guard and starts to run towards the forest while shouting, "Sir, if you don’t mind, please follow me. I think we need you to guard us climb to the peak..."

Without Lella asking, the guard would indeed catch up with them.

He walked behind Lella, who was running in front of him. He runs with mixed feelings while sending a short message to his comrade. Currently, Lady Allynna is in the forest, alone.

He was distraught that Lady Allynna would leave the existing path to the peak because a few days ago, they found the Red Eyes Monster in the deepest forest. He was worried that there were still remains of the monsters roaming around the forbidden forest.
