"Leovaris! Where’s Allynna? Why did she suddenly disappear from that chair?" Aziel eyes looked at the lazy chair in horror.

He was afraid something terrible had happened to her. But when he turned his gaze toward Leovaris, he was stunned to look at him, his face looking so calm. "Did Allynna teleport back to her house? Has she found what she was looking for?" Aziel asked, confused.

"No! She went somewhere. Don’t worry. She’ll be back later. Right now, she’s going to research what she just read...." Leovaris explained, trying to calm his panicked friend.

Before Allynna disappeared, she had told him telepathically that she was going to her space to make the cure. Knowing the girl could make medicine for his daughter-in-law’s illness calmed his troubled heart.

Leovaris did not expect that his best friend was looking at him with a questioning look. A few moments later Aziel said,

"Leovaris! It seems you are hiding something from me. Who is Allynna?" It is the biggest question in his mind at the moment. After hundreds of years of knowing Leovaris, this was the first time he had forced him to train someone. This makes him suspicious of Allynna’s identity.

Every time he asked about Allynna’s identity, Leovaris never answered him. Just a few weeks ago, when Allynna started college, he found out that her name was Allynna Frost, who is currently studying at the Faculty of Technology.

What made him feel strange was when he investigated Allynna’s status he found out; she was just an ordinary half-blood girl from Sarlun Island and not from a noble family.

He turned his gaze to the book in his hand and tried to read the book, but he couldn’t focus because his mind was on Allynna.

The girl knows that Clavelina’s lower dantian is a slow-release poison made by black witches. They are notorious and even they slaughter their own people who do not want to use black magic.

Now, the poison is starting to spread inside his daughter-in-law. He feels stressed now, imagining something terrible happened to Clavelina.

This almost made his head explode. However, right now he would focus on healing his daughter-in-law first before he found out what the real motive was for someone wanting to kill his daughter-in-law using the poison of the black witch.

After thinking in silence, Leovaris looked at his friend Aziel again.

"Aziel, have you ever heard about the Black Dot Poison?"

Aziel was taken aback at Leovaris’ sudden question. He looks at him with his horror looking-eyes. Of Course, he knows about that killer poison. But he heard that thing before they exile in this land, and at that time, he was still a teenager.

He tells Leovaris all he knows about the poison. The Black Witches made the deathly poison. The way the poison works is unique. It doesn’t kill immediately but slowly damages a person’s lower dantian, causing the victim’s body to be unable to function normally. He heard from his master that no one could detect this poison until the victim died.

"Why do you suddenly ask about this?"

"What do you think? From your explanation, did you realize anything?"

Aziel frowned again, remembering what he had just said while his eyes still looked at Leovaris. Then a few seconds later, he froze because Clavelina appeared in his mind.

"Leovaris... did Allynna say that the Black Dot Poison causes Clavelina’s illness?"

Leovaris took a deep sigh, "Yes! That’s what Allynna has found out so far. Earlier, she picked up a Black Book about Witch poison..." Leovaris answered Aziel in a somber tone. He still can’t imagine, his daughter-in-law’s life is in danger.

He thought her illness was just an ordinary illness. But knowing the source of her deadly illness like this made him unable to think correctly at the moment. He imagined his son Aolis who loves his wife so much. His son might kill himself if his wife’s illness killed her.

Seeing Leovaris looking gloomy, Aziel could feel his sadness.

"Leovaris, don’t worry! If that girl finds out about the Black Dot Poison, then your daughter-in-law has a chance to recover!" Aziel was sure that Allynna could find a way to cure Clavelina because, as far as he knew, no victim of the poison had discovered being poisoned with that type of poison while they were still alive. But it seems Clavelina is lucky. Allynna detects it while Clavelina is still breathing.

Now, the girl will find a way to make the antidote. She still has time before the poison kills Clavelina slowly from inside.

"Is what you said true? Or you give me false hope?" Said Leovaris, sad and sounding pessimistic.

"Of Course! All I know is no one can detect the Black Dot Poison. If Allynna can, then she must have a way of finding the antidote, right!?"

Aziel’s words made Leovaris’ heart gradually calmer. He did not know what Allynna found in The Black Magic Book. However, he hoped that the book contained information about the antidote.

"Aziel, when you read The Black Magic Book, did you see an explanation of how to make an antidote in the book?" Leovaris wanted to know this so he wouldn’t be curious until Allynna appeared.

"Well, to tell you the truth, the book mostly uses code instead of sentences. I did not understand the contents of the book. I only understand a small part of the writing in the book. That’s why I was never able to detect the cause of Clavelina’s illness...." Aziel felt so disappointed because he couldn’t detect Clavelina disease. And that makes him feel unworthy of being the number one Healer in the Empire.
