Chapter 632: Chapter 483: Black Knight Greatsword Livestream Sale_2

Lena blinked rapidly as she attempted to dispel the blood mist that clouded her vision. Her sight had temporarily lost all color, and the battle in the distance continued. The "Giant" Sekapus became even more enraged, his body wrapped in thunder, and though his upper body was bare, his skin was as thick and heavy as stone.

...

"Damn, brothers, the BOSS has entered its second phase!"

"Watch the kiting! He can fly, damn it!"

"How the hell do we beat this thing?"

Sekapus, not yet engulfed in rage, simply stood calmly dealing with the Undead on the ground. Now that he had become serious, the towering and powerful body of the Giant began to float.

"6 rings and above, free to traverse the Material Plane," Lind watched Sekapus.

Flying was not a special ability, but according to the characteristics of the Material Plane, those who were overly powerful couldn’t easily enter or exit the lower Material Planes. This meant that his previous guess might be wrong—the opponent’s strength had not reached 7 rings even if they didn’t suppress their power and released it to the fullest.

It seemed there were few NPCs who could, like him, Burst Seed and make great leaps.

However, he could see that Sekapus’s physical defense had greatly increased. Now it was very difficult for the Undead to break through his defenses.

Sekapus danced in the air among the blood mist, and Lena, standing beside Lind, witnessed with her own eyes a group of madly self-proclaimed hunters of the Undead, hunting Deities.

Furious arcs of electricity exploded from Sekapus’s arms, leaping down to the ground and then running to tear up the already shattered terrain.

His arms, spread like the wings of an eagle, were filled with colossal power, with dragon-like twisting veins. His aura of golden light had completely disappeared; his hair, which was soft, had now turned into stiff spikes. Lightning overflowed from his body, wrapping around his limbs.

As he moved, lightning collided with flames, and unusual magical blue Flames began to burn.

Magic attacks rained down mercilessly.

"The Undead can’t win," Lena opened her mouth and then was surprised to find her voice had become very hoarse, her throat tight. After witnessing such a terrifying storm of death, she didn’t dare speak normally.

"Of course, they can’t win," nodded Lind.

Winning without spending money?

Right at that moment, another roar interrupted what Lena was about to say, with the rage transforming into a tidal surge, slamming towards them. The air was filled with electricity, and the rapidly increasing temperature made even the air start to wail.

With the air almost vanishing, breathing became difficult, and the Flames suddenly receded, lacking an environment to burn.

A catastrophe that had destroyed the Dragon Blood Forest and nearly turned half of the Kingdom into a high-temperature fiery nation was on the brink of extinction after two consecutive roars from the Deity.

Lena suddenly heard Lind speaking, and although her expression was strange, she nodded respectfully.

She watched as Lind’s equipment changed into very plain warrior leather armor.

A dusty helmet, inconspicuous boots, reminiscent of the ordinary wandering knights seen in the first year after the Ring of Magic’s shattering. Average, very common.

She spread her arms, turning into a cloud of black mist, bursting through it to become a crow, its wings pressed low as it flew above Lind.

...

"Who’s there?"

Someone on the battlefield noticed Lind, who had turned into an "ordinary wandering knight," along with the crow circling over his head.

"Holy shit, isn’t that the knight basic combat style? An internal test big shot?"

"Looks like it’s an NPC."

"Just by the equipment, you know it’s an ’Undead’ to push the plot forward, different from us."

In the game, NPCs often posed as players in a rigid way to advance the plot, but what could someone wearing such shabby equipment do?

"I have a feeling the plot is about to thicken."

"Just hope he doesn’t one-shot the BOSS."

He rushed towards the "Giant" Sekapus.

Faced with an inscrutable foe, Sekapus, already consumed by rage, did not stay calm; his fist thundered down, kicking up the ashes of scorched earth.

But the mysterious "Undead NPC" stepped on the ground, grasping an ordinary greatsword to parry, facing the punch head-on.

Sekapus stumbled, while the "Undead NPC" was sent flying with a single punch, vanishing from the Undead’s sight.

"Holy crap, that strong?"

"Dressed in a standard newcomer outfit, and yet able to withstand the boss’s giant hammer with 80 defensive power? Does that make any sense?"

The undead all stopped in unison, turning their gaze toward Sekapus, only to discover a complex sword injury had appeared on his rock-like body.

"Boss is bleeding, bleeding out big time!"

"Who can tell me what kind of ordinary wandering knight this is? That one sword hit inflicted several rows of abnormal statuses, Tetanus Sword Skill?"

"Damn, Ice Abnormality and Fire Anomaly at the same time? How is that possible? It’s barely doable if two people were to attack from the left and right simultaneously, but didn’t he just swing once?"

Penetrating diffusion sword injury, Magic Damage, soul attack, Two-handed Sword boost, Moonlight Necklace boost, Curse, True Damage and more... Too many boosts, that one strike maintained the level of a tier-5 magic spell, but due to Lind’s absolute control over power, he managed to keep the burst in check.

It could be said that Lind’s one sword strike had filled Sekapus with negative statuses, and Sekapus’s defensive power was useless against him, as he completely ignored his defenses.

The "Undead NPC" now held a broken greatsword in his hands.

A spray of blood shot forth.

That spray of blood wasn’t part of the script; Lind had truly been injured, but thanks to the healing from Moonlight Necklace, Flames, and others, his wounds were rapidly healing.

To him, spitting blood or being severely injured was no big deal. If he couldn’t beat his opponent, he could use the power of the Abyss to open a door and make a quick exit. And with his own three heartbeats, even dying wasn’t much of an issue.

Spitting blood, huh, it becomes a habit after a while.

Those who can’t kill me right away, will never be able to finish me off, and the more I fight, the stronger I become. If I could stack years of sword attacks, I might be able to take out some powerful deity with one blow. That’s the kind of confidence Lind has.

A piercing roar arrived from a distance, and Sekapus sensed a threat. Lind alone was a match for a horde of suicidally aggressive undead.

And he couldn’t see through it, just like that time in Magic Land when he couldn’t get a clear look at that person.

He twisted his arms around, pointing them like long spears at the injured "Undead NPC", and everyone could see that Sekapus was not in good shape.

But compared to the shock of the native NPCs present, the undead were much calmer, because the damage caused by that one strike was minuscule, just about 8% of Sekapus’s total Life Points, and, hey, in just this short time, he had already regenerated 1% of his health.

This "Undead NPC" was so-so after all.

At first glance, the special effects looked cool, and the combat scene was intense, but looking at the damage output... If we undead hadn’t desperately got his health down to 70%, he would definitely have been one-shot killed.

The ground trembled greatly as Sekapus took a step forward, with the distance between them closing quickly.

Giants bowed their huge heads to look down at the insignificant beings that could injure them, arms wrapped in Thunder and Flame surged again, linking the surrounding floating currents, creating a fierce long tail of lightning dragon.

Flames burst from his shoulders.

At this point, Sekapus no longer appeared composed as before. He raised his arms, with an intent to obliterate, and slammed his punch toward the inscrutable figure, turning his fist, which was comparable to a mountain, into a sword spear.

Thunderfire gathered incessantly on his arms, warping the air, skyrocketing the temperature.

The disintegrating ground floated piece by piece, exploding into ashes.

The dazzling sword spear, like a surging sun, engulfed the figure of the "Undead NPC," trying to erase him completely.

Then all the undead, squinting their eyes or watching through live broadcasts or in person, saw a strange and fierce greatsword suddenly appear in his hand.

He reversed the direction of the greatsword, stabbing it into his own stomach.

Black-red energy wrapped quickly around the body of the "Undead NPC," transforming it into a demon with four red flesh wings.

The heat of a star’s explosion engulfed the red devil, and some undead who were too close were caught in the resulting torrent and turned to ash once more.

The surging wave-like Thunderfire attack spread again, and the repeatedly scorched and destroyed ground was completely melted into glass.

The flames ceased, the light faded, and what appeared before everyone’s eyes was the scene of the red demon with unfolding flesh wings floating at the ’giant’ Sekapus’s head height, its greatsword tearing through the spear of Flame Storm and Thunder, piercing through its skull.

The huge figure collapsed, the sound of its fall deafening.

"Damn, a direct chop of 20% Life Points? Just two and a half more strikes and it’s a one-shot kill, right?"

"Holy shit, wait, Dante’s True Demon form?"

"I knew that greatsword looked familiar; isn’t that Dante’s Demon Sword? Damn! When did they do a crossover event? Do you even have the licensing fees?"

"So, where can I buy that sword?"

Conveniently having escaped earlier, Lena finally stepped forward to speak: "That is the mighty... Black Knight Greatsword!"

At last, it was her time to promote merchandise!
