THE BILLIONAIRE STILL WANTS HER! -

Chapter 61: Is just a question...
"It’s just a question, nothing else," she said plainly, her lips curling into the slightest smirk.
She barely cared that Tryson looked like he was about to explode with rage.
After what he had done the other night, did he really expect her to just sit back and do nothing?
A little visit was the least he deserved—consider it payback for his actions.
But, of course, she hadn’t come without a purpose.
The news sweeping across the internet had caught her off guard, something she hadn’t seen coming.
Yet, in the same breath, she couldn’t ignore the opportunity it presented.
If she played this right, she could use it to settle the score with Angel—finally giving back the mystery and chaos she had once caused her.
"Riley, do you really want us to talk about this?" Tryson asked, his voice deceptively calm, though the barely contained fury beneath it was unmistakable.
Angel couldn’t help but roll her eyes. Deep down, she was genuinely thinking that Tryson was about to offer her something that would make her wish she had never spoken those words she had just said.
But Riley wasn’t intimidated—not even a little.
"And why not?" she shot back, a sly edge to her tone. "I think we should talk about it. Lay it all out, discuss the matter like adults... and figure out exactly who needs to be eliminated." Riley said at that moment, trying her best to handle the anger that was within her.
"Do you really think you’re the only one acting immature here?" Angel’s voice rang in Riley’s ears, calm yet cutting.
Riley’s eyes snapped toward her, sharp and full of warning.
Angel’s words had struck a nerve.
"Don’t you dare say that," Riley spat, her tone laced with venom. "You could never compare to me. Unlike you, I don’t rely on low-class resources. I don’t have to chase men around just to scrape together some dignity." Riley insulted.
"Oh wow, that’s rich—coming from a woman whose ex-boyfriend couldn’t even stand to stay with her because she’s such a sucker," Angel said with a smirk.
Riley’s eyes darkened. "Well, for your information, you were the gold digger who stole him from me, so if anyone’s to blame, it’s you."
Angel let out a short, mocking laugh. "Isn’t that proof enough that you were nothing but a dead weight to Tryson? Face it—he left because you weren’t trying hard enough."
"This is all the proof you need—I’m engaged to him," Riley declared, stepping forward as she lifted her hand, deliberately showing off the ring on her finger.
Angel opened her mouth, ready to fire back.
"You know what—" she began but before she could finish, Tryson cut in, his voice sharp with frustration.
"Can the both of you just stop this?"
Riley, however, only smirked, clearly enjoying every second of the chaos unfolding before her.
"And why should we stop?" Riley challenged, her voice dripping with daring confidence.
She took a step closer, eyes locked onto Tryson. "Are you really that scared?"
Tryson’s jaw tightened, but before he could respond, a deep frown settled on Angel’s face.
"What is she talking about?" Angel asked, her tone laced with curiosity—and just a hint of suspicion.
Riley slowly turned her head toward her, a knowing smirk playing on her lips.
"Oh wow, now you suddenly want to know what I’m talking about?" Riley scoffed, her voice sharp with mockery.
She took a step closer, eyes glinting with something unreadable.
"Trust me, Angel, you wouldn’t last a few days before regretting ever getting close to someone like Tryson."
For some reason, Angel had the unsettling feeling that Riley had even more to say—more than she was letting on.
"Riley, will you just cut the crap?" Tryson’s voice rang out, frustration clear in his tone.
But when Riley turned to face him, her expression was just as frustrated—if not more.
"And why should I stop? You two are clearly cheating on each other—for nothing but convenience," Riley challenged, her gaze flicking between them.
Angel let out a dry chuckle, shaking her head. "No, dear, I think you’re talking about yourself. You’re just a delusional woman grasping at straws."
Riley slowly turned her head toward Angel, her smirk widening.
For a moment, she just stared, as if in disbelief that Angel would even dare to say such words. But then, amusement flickered in her eyes—like she knew something Angel didn’t.
"Oh really?" Riley sneered, her voice dripping with defiance. "Well, I’m not stupid enough to fall into my own lion’s trap." She gritted her teeth, her eyes flashing with intensity.
"Riley, I said that’s enough!" Tryson’s voice thundered through the room, his sudden outburst jolting both women.
His patience had clearly snapped, the frustration in his eyes making it obvious—he had reached his breaking point.
In the next moment, Tryson gripped Riley’s wrist, his hold firm.
But just as he was about to pull her away, she spoke.
"You’re not going to drag me anywhere," she said, her voice steady and laced with confidence. "Because I know exactly who posted the news on the internet. Are you sure you don’t want to hear who did it?"
Tryson’s jaw clenched.
He knew what she was doing—playing her usual manipulative games.
He wasn’t about to fall for it.
Without another word, he moved swiftly. Using every ounce of strength, he bent down, grabbed Riley by the legs, and hoisted her up like she was nothing more than a sack of rice.
"Hey! Let me down!" Riley cried out, struggling against Tryson’s grip as he dragged her out of the room.
But he didn’t stop until he reached the doorway of the suite, where he finally set her down with a firm stance.
Just as he was about to shut the door, Riley blurted out, "Trust me, I know who did it—it was Alexander Johnson!"
The name hit the air like a gunshot. Angel froze. Her expression shifted in an instant, her eyes widening in pure shock.
