I am not familiar with the teen wolf seriese this novel references. That being said it's a good read. The MC is bit by a werewolf, gets stronger and forms a pack. They mostly are defending the town they live in and the surrounding woods. It has a kinda Buffy the vampire slayer vibe going, except the pack are werewolves and variants fighting all kinds of evil creatures. I recommend it. Happy reading.
