"Long Xinghe, what is this about?"

Feng Wuya rarely called Long Xinghe by her full name, this must be the first time.

It was clear how furious he was now.

Yet Long Xinghe was all smiles, the epitome of serenity, "Wuya, we are still at the palace gate; everyone outside is watching. Whatever it is, let’s talk about it when we get back."

That statement couldn’t be more ambiguous.

Hearing this, Eunuch Qing couldn’t help but let out a slight smile.

Feng Wuya didn’t notice anything wrong with what was said, perhaps the phrase "let’s talk about it when we get back" had become too common for him and her.

Long Xinghe felt like laughing.

He was clearly angry, but still showed concern for her, warming her to the very depths of her heart.

She nodded, "We were just talking about some matters of the battlefield."

The atmosphere was a tad awkward.

In the carriage, Feng Wuya still wore a cold expression, silent.

Long Xinghe had tried several times to coax him, but he continued to ignore her.

The carriage soon came to a stop at Prince Xiaoyao Residence.

Feng Wuya got off first, followed by Long Xinghe.

Jiang Tao approached and whispered, "Prince has gone back to his room, my lady, would you like to go and coax him?"

The Prince was clearly still angry; his steps had been slow, but he had quickly walked away.

Having known him for so long, Jiang Tao had never seen him this furious.

Unexpectedly, Long Xinghe shook her head, smiling lightly, "Whether he’s angry or not, he’ll soon come to terms with reality. He’s not one to be petulant. Let him sulk by himself and he’ll figure it out."

Long Xinghe went back to her room and immediately began packing her things.

Jiang Tao looked puzzled, "My lady, are you going out? Where are you heading?"

Isn’t the troop supposed to depart for Tengbei in three days?
