The first one is the most basic technique where the penile head is cut. Every urologist mastering basic surgical training can perform it. Some hospitals use traditional tools like scalpel and scissors; others use laser cutting. The outcome varies slightly depending on the tools. Its biggest advantage is that it’s cheap and all doctors are trained to perform it. However, its drawbacks include a less aesthetically pleasing appearance, possible asymmetry, visible sutures, and slightly more blood loss.

The second technique commonly known as ’ring circumcision’ is more suitable for children and does not have a huge benefit for adults. Its advantages lie in the cleaner cut and shorter operation time. However, it does have downsides: there’s significant pain when removing the ring, and if an erection occurs post-operation, it could lead to the wound opening again, causing bleeding, pain, and swelling. This operation isn’t suitable for phimosis patients.

Yang Ping waved his hand, "They are just a bunch of fools. Our goals and levels are different; ignore trivial matters. If we focus on our work and widen the gap, they will eventually fade out of your sight. However, we must stand our ground on matters of principle and fight if necessary."

Boss Cheng understood Yang Ping’s meaning, "Doctor Yang, rest assured, we won’t stoop to their level. ’If others don’t offend me, I won’t offend them.
