Supremely Talented Tyrant
Chapter 932 - 931: Do Not Doubt My Words

"Why aren't you talking? Weren't you shouting quite fiercely just now?"

After dealing with Bai Herong, Hao Jian lifted his head and looked at the few people still enduring the pain. A cold smirk curled up at the corner of his lips as he sneered.

"Hao Jian... we... we're not afraid of you!"

Seeing Hao Jian looking over, Brother Yu and the others flinched internally, bitter at heart, but still barked back at Hao Jian in a blustering yet hollow manner.

"Oh? Looks like you're planning to keep up the act, huh? Let me see how long you can keep this up!" Hao Jian responded with a chuckle, his eyes blinking slightly as he crossed his arms, adopting a posture as if he were here to watch a show.

If these guys gave up and admitted their fear so easily, it would be too dull. With Bai Herong already under his foot, stomping on him didn't even give him any satisfaction. Instead, he wanted to see how long these guys could keep acting tough.

As expected, he soon found out that these young masters were nothing but cowards who preyed on the weak. As soon as he said those words, those few men were so terrified they couldn't muster up another word, trembling uncontrollably in the corner.

Watching this, Hao Jian shook his head in disdain. "Pathetic."

"Apologize to them immediately. If not, you won't be leaving this café today!" Hao Jian, now bored of the situation, impatiently pointed towards the waiter they had assaulted and a middle-aged male customer.

"Y-yes, yes!"

There was no alternative. Hao Jian was not someone they could provoke. If they didn't act according to his words, they might indeed never get to leave the café today.

Thus, upon hearing Hao Jian's command, they scrambled over the couch, kneeling in front of him in abject terror. After hesitating for a moment, they gritted their teeth and apologized to the two people they had beaten earlier.

Seeing these previously lofty young masters apologizing like this made the waiter and the customer dumbfounded, their fear keeping them from saying a word as they stood frozen on the spot.

"And you?!"

While Brother Yu and the others went to apologize, Bai Herong remained stubbornly unwilling to comply. Hao Jian's eyes narrowed slightly as he let out a cold snort.

"I am one of the Bai Family's young masters. There's no reason for me to apologize!"

Bai Herong held onto his pride. His arrogance wouldn't permit him to kneel before those he considered beneath him—not to the waiter and certainly not to Hao Jian. It was simply impossible!

"It seems you're still not learning your lesson..."

Hearing this, Hao Jian shook his head, his eyes flashing mockingly. He feared no one in the Bai Family, least of all someone who wasn't even part of its upper ranks.

"I'd like to see how long you can keep being stubborn."

"If you're not going to apologize to them, then I'll have no choice but to end you right here!"

With a shake of his head, Hao Jian reached out his hand and grabbed Bai Herong by the collar. Using a bit of force in his grip, he twisted his waist and flung Bai Herong violently in the direction of a nearby pillar.

Witnessing this, whether it was Brother Yu and his group still apologizing, or the café's customers and employees, everyone's faces changed dramatically. Some even covered their mouths with their hands, their eyes wide in disbelief.

"Ah!"

As the victim, Bai Herong had expected Hao Jian to retaliate against him. But he hadn't anticipated Hao Jian employing such brutality! His face instantly turned pale as he screamed in utter terror.

Flying through the air, Bai Herong grew closer and closer to the pillar with every passing moment. In the blink of an eye, his head was less than half a meter away from colliding with it!

As the collision seemed imminent, many women covered their eyes with their hands, unable to bear the sight of the bloody scene about to unfold. Some customers even stepped forward in an attempt to stop him, only to discover in shock that their legs refused to move. Meanwhile, Brother Yu and his group just stood there dumbfounded, watching their leader close in on the pillar.

"Tap."

Just when everyone thought they were about to witness a gruesome accident, Hao Jian suddenly appeared gracefully in front of Bai Herong mid-air. Extending his hand casually, he placed it lightly on Bai Herong's head, firmly halting his trajectory.

At that moment, Bai Herong's head was merely ten centimeters away from the pillar!

"Thud."

With the flying momentum halted and gravity taking over, Bai Herong plunged face-first into the ground beneath…

"Hah… hah… hah…" Striking the ground was painful enough to jar his spirit, but it paled in comparison to the terror he'd felt moments before when teetering on the edge of death. As soon as he hit the ground, he didn't care about his injuries and began gasping for air with all his might.

The crowd, seeing Bai Herong unharmed, collectively sighed in relief. After all, if something had really happened to someone like him, they would have been implicated. The café might even have been forced to close for good, leading to incalculable losses!

"So? Want to try again?"

At this moment, Hao Jian walked over to Bai Herong, a warm smile on his face. Yet, in Bai Herong's eyes, Hao Jian looked far more terrifying than any Devil in hell. Moments ago, he had genuinely thought his life would end here!

"N-no… no… no…" Bai Herong stammered, shaking his head like a rattle, terrified to oppose Hao Jian any further.

"Since you're scared now, do as you're told and apologize to them. Otherwise, you already know the consequences…"

Revealing his gleaming white teeth in a smile, Hao Jian's eyes radiated coldness. "Do not doubt my words!"

With the earlier lesson fresh in his mind, Bai Herong didn't dare defy Hao Jian again, even without the latter saying much. Swallowing his fear, he awkwardly moved towards the two victims. After kneeling, his eyes burned with deep resentment. This bastard Hao Jian had humiliated him so thoroughly that the shame would haunt him forever!

As soon as he left this place, Bai Herong vowed to make Hao Jian pay. No matter who he was, anyone who incurred the wrath of Bai Herong would end up in misery!

Watching their leader kneel and apologize to the two utterly flustered individuals, Brother Yu and his remaining companions, who had just finished apologizing themselves, knelt obediently beside him, waiting for Bai Herong to rise...

A minute later, unable to endure the indignity any longer, Bai Herong suddenly stood and growled at Hao Jian before storming out of the café without looking back...

He had no desire to stay here even a moment longer!

"Brother Rong!"

Seeing Bai Herong leave, Brother Yu and the others hurried after him. The women they brought also rushed to follow, too frightened to linger any longer.

They had long wanted to leave this place...

"Hao Jian, will there be trouble?"

Once Bai Herong and his group had slunk away, Shu Ya walked over, her beautiful eyes scanning the street outside with concern. After all, Bai Herong was a member of the Bai Family, and while Hao Jian might not be scared, the underhanded tricks they might use could be challenging to guard against.

Hao Jian chuckled softly upon hearing her worry. Stroking Shu Ya's hair, he replied with confidence, "In fact, I'm hoping they come after me. On my turf, they tried to besmirch my woman? I won't let them off so easily!"

Blushing slightly at his words, Shu Ya stuck out her tongue and giggled. Taking Hao Jian's hand, she tugged him toward the door, playfully saying, "Since it's all handled, you ought to come shopping with me. We haven't had a proper shopping trip for days now!"

"Alright, alright..."

The mention of shopping forced Hao Jian to let out a sheepish laugh, remembering his unpleasant experiences from previous shopping trips. Big bags, small bags—he'd carried them all until he couldn't take another step, only for the girls to finally relent.

Shopping was his nightmare!

Though today it was just Shu Ya, perhaps it wouldn't be so bad? Watching her graceful silhouette, Hao Jian consoled himself.

And just like that, the pair left the café without another thought for the mess inside. After going through something like this, Shu Ya likely wouldn't frequent this café again, even if it was ranked among the world's top ten.

Once Hao Jian and Shu Ya left, the café's waiters and customers finally snapped out of their daze. Observing the injured waiter and the other battered customer, they began discussing the ordeal. Meanwhile, several young, attractive women gazed longingly toward the direction where Hao Jian had exited.

If Hao Jian were to ask any of them to follow him right now, they might abandon everything and go with him. After all, such a man was rare indeed!

"Ah! We have to call the boss!"

Finally, one of the female waiters remembered something and quickly pulled out her phone to inform the café's owner of what had transpired.

In the aftermath of the incident, the patrons who had planned to enjoy some quiet reading or relaxation no longer felt in the mood. One by one, they picked up their half-empty coffee cups or drinks and left the café.

The waiters, seeing this, shook their heads helplessly. Soon, one of them hung a "Closed for Business" sign on the door. Given the current situation inside the café, it was clear they couldn't continue serving customers.

While two staff members escorted the injured waiter and customer to the hospital, the remaining employees started cleaning up the café.

It was during the cleanup that one of them noticed an unmarked bank card left quietly on a table.

"So exhausting!"

Meanwhile, Hao Jian, after accompanying Shu Ya for just half an hour of shopping, sat in a nearby bubble tea shop, panting dramatically. On the table before him lay numerous shopping bags of varying sizes...
