Recognizing the familiar scene, memories of the previous disastrous defeat in the Rocky Mountains resurfaced. Ominous forebodings crept into his mind, and he started to tremble. Instinctively, he felt that the Devil who had inflicted tremendous casualties on the US Forces had reappeared. They had been in pursuit of this evil spirit, but now that it had truly emerged, they felt an extreme sense of dread.

With the situation turning dire, the commanding officer no longer wasted time arguing with the security personnel at the door. With a wave of his hand, his soldiers surged forward, overpowering the four security personnel who were trying to block them, refusing to let them hinder entry into the room. The commanding officer then rushed into the hotel room, intent on capturing Yang Qi and using him against the “Destroyer's” mysterious aircraft.

Once the government department's security personnel were out of the way, the commanding officer managed to break down the room door without further trouble. The commanding officer's vision was sharp enough to see that the four dark items were egg-shaped hand grenades. He instinctively dove for cover, but the grenades were incredibly fast, reaching his side and then exploding violently.
