Despite preparing plenty of supplies for this mission, he had stored all these supplies within the Universal Space. When Yan Fei was unable to open the Universal Space, he couldn't access the prepared supplies. In other words, Yan Fei had nothing on him, not carrying anything at all. It's worth noting that even Captain China and Gu Xiaolan had packed a bag full of supplies, fully prepared for anything.
But Yan Fei wasn't too worried. As a God-Level Expert with immense strength, he could survive for at least ten days without food. He just needed to find supplies within ten days or encounter others to seize their supplies in order to survive in this peculiar space.
After settling on a plan, Yan Fei stopped hurrying and began to slowly observe his surroundings. Just then, gunfire erupted from the hillside ahead. With a thought, he quickly scaled to the top of the hill and saw two groups exchanging fire below. One side consisted of American soldiers clad in US military uniforms, and the other, Russian Soldiers dressed in Russian military uniforms. There weren't many soldiers from either side, totaling only eight–five Americans and three Russians.
Before entering this mysterious space, the Russian Soldiers had numbered over a hundred, and the American soldiers were close to a thousand. But now, their numbers added up to only eight. It seemed that they had encountered the same issue as Yan Fei–getting separated from the main force upon entering this strange space.
Seeing these soldiers engaged in battle, Yan Fei breathed a sigh of relief. At least it meant he wasn't the only one transported here; everyone had been separated during the transmission. Then he felt a surge of joy, as he had been worrying about supplies, and now it appeared people were bringing them straight to him.
Yan Fei picked up a stone from the ground, squeezed it tightly in his hand until it crumbled into pieces, then flicked his fingertips to launch these stone fragments. The fragments whistled through the air, covering a distance of two hundred meters to strike the American soldiers who were firing at the Russians. Under the force of Yan Fei's throw, these stone fragments had the impact of large caliber rifle bullets, piercing through the bodies of the American soldiers and killing them all.
The three Russian Soldiers were startled to see their adversaries suddenly fall dead. Upon spotting Yan Fei on the distant hillside and realizing his ability to kill at such an ultrlong distance with mere stones, they recognized the extent of Yan Fei's prowess. Hesitating for a moment, they quickly covered each other's retreat from the area. Yan Fei didn't pursue, letting the Russian Soldiers leave the scene.
Then with a swift motion, Yan Fei covered the 200 meter distance and arrived beside the dead American soldiers. On Earth, Dream Island and The United States of America were archenemies. They couldn't wage an official war due to mutual threats, but once in this mysterious space without the looming threat of America, Yan Fei immediately went on a killing spree, slaughtering any American soldiers he encountered.
Yan Fei's attack on the American soldiers also had the intention of seizing supplies, given that he had nothing on him at the moment. So when Yan Fei left the small battlefield, he was carrying a large backpack filled with fifty kilograms of US military supplies. These supplies were all for personal use, and Yan Fei did not take any firearms or ammunition since they were useless to him–he could inflict more damage with a thrown stone than any weapon.
Being extraordinarily strong, Yan Fei hardly felt the weight of the huge backpack, which didn't affect his combat abilities one bit.
Yan Fei advanced while surveying the terrain. Along the way, he saw no signs of flora or fauna, as if the space was devoid of life. Even more mysterious, when he had initially entered this space, the sky seemed to alternate between dusk and night. But after traveling for quite some time, the sky still showed the same twilight and night, with no change, as if time had not progressed at all.
After climbing over another small hill, Yan Fei spotted several massive craters ahead, surrounded by collapsed hillsides in disarray, as if a battle had taken place there. There were dozens of these craters, each at least ten meters in diameter, clearly resulting from heavy weapon explosions. But dust had settled in the craters long ago–if a war had indeed happened here, it was a long time ago…
Curiously examining these craters, Yan Fei found no shrapnel from large caliber shells, nor any signs of metal wreckage nearby. He instantly understood that these craters likely weren't made by Earth-like high-tech weapons but seemed more like the work of a God-Level Expert with Mysterious Power.
Yet even with his current strength, Yan Fei couldn't possibly create such huge craters in such hard ground. If these were indeed the work of a God-Level Expert, just how powerful would this God-Level Expert be?
