Peter Brown was actually following a trail of evil spirit. Ever since he started his cultivation, Peter had become highly sensitive to such spirits. He could sense a surge of red aura shooting into the sky, leaving him intrigued and curious about what was going on.

When he emerged, he stood in the street looking around, a puzzled expression on his face. The evil spirit was strong inside, but it had disappeared suddenly when he came out. What was happening?

The accumulation of evil into red, was not the average evil spirit, but had transformed completely into the aura of bloodlust - a deadly force.

Peter felt that the evil spirit appeared nearby and didn’t go far. However, all he could see were high-rise buildings. The aura was nowhere to be seen in this calm surrounding.

Unable to locate the source of the evil spirit, Peter simply chose a bench on the side of the road to sit down.

His car issue was not urgent. His dissatisfaction was only towards the salespeople. He knew even if he left, Edward Martin and the others could handle it. Now, what intrigued Peter the most was the matter of the evil spirit.

About ten minutes later, suddenly, Peter saw a streak of evil spirit darting towards a building from a skyscraper.

It’s happening again!

This time Peter clearly saw it, and looking at the skyscraper gave him an instant realization.

The skyscraper was dagger-shaped, with the top forming a sharp edge.

It was clearly a sheathed knife. He hadn’t thought of that before.

After observing the skyscraper, Peter looked at the other building where the evil spirit went. It was a newly constructed building, but the aura it emitted was rather scattered.

The two buildings were almost similar, both newly built. However, the stark difference was now evident.

Interesting, this is clearly a hidden Feng Shui pattern!

Upon spotting this, Peter was certain that it was a Feng Shui pattern. The building extruding the evil spirit was constructed later than the building being attacked. But, with a master design, it was made to resemble a knife. Every time it was covered by sunlight, the evil spirit would attack the target building. If this continues, everyone inside the targeted structure, especially the owner, is bound to die. Moreover, the onslaught was so strong that over time, everyone inside would degrade physically and succumb to various diseases.

What a powerful grudge this Feng Shui pattern holds!

Peter knew about such patterns from his inheritance, but it was his first time witnessing it in reality. He sat there studying it.

Soon, Peter saw a grey aura emitting from the building under attack.

While he was engrossed in his study, his cell phone rang.

"Peter, where did you go?" Edward’s voice came through the phone.

"I’m just outside."

Peter looked around, mentioned his location, and soon an SUV Mercedes-Benz came toward him. As soon as the vehicle stopped, Edward walked over to Peter and said, "Why did you leave? You should’ve ripped them off for causing you trouble today."

Peter chuckled, "It wasn’t a big deal, not at all."

Briar Henderson pointed at the car and said, "This is a Mercedes-Benz G-Class, one of the most powerful all-terrain off-road vehicles in the world. How is it? This car was acquired for two hundred thousand."

Peter grinned, "I just needed a vehicle for commuting, why get such a luxury one?"

Briar smiled back, "Since the car is here, just accept it."

Peter responded, "It’s too eye-catching!"

"It doesn’t matter now. Anyway, I got it for you, so just accept it. If you say anything else, it’s like you’re looking down on me."

At this point, Briar put on a show of being angry.

Seeing the situation, Peter had no choice but to keep silent. Honestly, he didn’t know much about the car and wouldn’t have minded any vehicle. He even thought about parking the car and not using it to avoid any potential high-cost damage.

"Peter, what are you looking at while sitting here?" Edward saw Peter looking ahead and asked.

Upon inquiry, Peter pointed towards the two buildings and asked, "Who built those two structures?"

Edward looked over and chuckled, "Both owners are big bosses from Deep Harbor and considered as big bosses here too. You know, I know a bit about both their situations. First, the owner of the front building arrived. After he built it, his business boomed. Later, another boss came, bought the land in the back, and built the other skyscraper. I don’t know why, but as soon as it was built, the front building’s boss had a car accident. Now his son is in charge of the entire group."

He laughed again and added, "Both of them are big bosses in the real estate industry. By the way, the house I gave you was procured from the front building’s boss. Their company is being outperformed recently and the houses had a few mishaps and couldn’t be sold. Otherwise, such a big house wouldn’t have been so cheap."

Briar asked, "Peter, why are you asking about this?"

Peter pointed towards the two buildings and replied, "This is a Feng Shui pattern."

"You know Feng Shui?" Edward looked at Peter in surprise.

Without answering, Peter looked at the building under attack and murmured, "The energy evaporating from inside doesn’t contain much wealth anymore. It’s getting worse. If it’s not resolved soon, I assume the boss will die by misfortune."

"Come on, follow me." Edward pulled Peter into his car.

"What’s the matter?" Peter looked at Edward.

Edward replied, "Honestly, the boss is somewhat my friend. My father was the one who attracted his investment here. Now that there is a problem, I can’t just sit back and do nothing. If you can help, please do."

Peter originally wanted to get inside to further study the situation. After Edward’s plea, he got into the car.

Once in the car, Peter finally had a good look at it and must admit, it was really good.

At this time, Briar started driving towards the building, while Edward was busy on the phone with the affected building’s boss.
