Chapter 578: Chapter 577: The Mutiny of the Biochemical Army

Timothy Lister was working out and thinking about soon ruling Earth, which made his movements even stronger.

Suddenly, Timothy stared wide-eyed at the office desk.

There was a small white rabbit sitting on it.

At first glance, the rabbit appeared very leisurely. It nibbled on some fruits placed on the table while watching their actions with twinkling eyes.

"Dude, you’re moving so slow."

The rabbit actually spoke!

Hearing the rabbit’s voice, Timothy went limp with astonishment, and asked, "Who are you?"

Only then did he realize that it wasn’t a human being at all.

Ah!

The voices of two women simultaneously filled the room, as their screams echoed for a long time.

"You humans are really no good!"

The rabbit shook its head repeatedly.

At this point, Timothy snapped out of it. He transformed into a wolf shape and lunged towards the white rabbit.

The Treasure Hunting Rabbit revealed a smile, and its body grew larger before it slapped Timothy down with one swift blow.

After the blow, Timothy’s large body shrank rapidly.

Following a sharp cry from the rabbit, Timothy fell to the ground.

Shaking its head as if it were human, the Treasure Hunting Rabbit said, "Too weak!"

Peter Brown was unaware of what was happening. An hour later, he saw a group of biohumans swaggering out of the facility. Upon closer inspection, Peter noticed the Treasure Hunting Rabbit sitting on a chair, carried by four biohumans.

In a flash, Peter appeared in front of the rabbit.

Upon seeing Peter, the rabbit immediately put on a pleasing expression and said, "Master, look! I’ve already taken control of this place."

Peter was genuinely surprised. He had been cautious about entering the facility, yet the rabbit managed to take control of it effortlessly.

"How did you do it?"

The Treasure Hunting Rabbit grinned and said, "In our Demon Clan, whoever has the most power is the boss. I am the strongest, so my voice alone can control them."

"But they are humans!"

"Master, take a look for yourself. Are they still human? After being infused with the blood of demon beasts, they can’t even be considered human anymore. At most, they are half-human."

After investigating a biohuman with his Divine Sense, Peter sighed, "Indeed, their entire bodies have changed."

"That’s not all. I also saw some human Foundation Builders," Peter looked around.

The Treasure Hunting Rabbit said, "Those people you mentioned are no match for my troops, no matter how powerful. I eliminated them."

Peter was left speechless, "It seems you are quite useful after all."

"Of course! I, the Treasure Hunting Rabbit, have a lot of skills."

Peter followed the rabbit into the heart of the mountain.

Along the way, the biohumans stood silently, showing no signs of self-awareness.

"Do they no longer have free will?"

"Master, after being injected with an unknown gene, these biohumans only obey the one who rules them. I killed their ruler and took control of them with my powerful Divine Sense. Now they’ve lost their human consciousness and only know how to fight to the death."

Looking at the tall biohumans, Peter could only sigh. They probably used to be elite soldiers of the Arctic Nation, but they had ended up like this.

Soon, Peter and the rabbit entered the command room.

Upon entering, the rabbit ingratiated itself, "Master, I know you humans like females too. I found some here and saved them for you to enjoy."

Upon hearing its barbaric words, Peter’s gaze fell on five female soldiers who were seemingly stripped of their clothes. He was utterly dumbfounded.

The rabbit groveled, "Master, these females are considered decent in my eyes, please enjoy."

Peter stared wide-eyed. So, this was what the rabbit considered ’decent’!

At a glance, all he saw were stout, plump women – especially their sagging breasts – which almost made Peter nauseous.

"Treasure Hunting Rabbit!"

Peter shouted angrily.

"Master, I picked them out specially. What kind of taste did that human have? He chose two thin, fleshless women. I killed those." As it spoke, it pointed at a few beautiful women lying on the floor.

Peter slapped his forehead, feeling a deep disconnect between his and the rabbit’s aesthetic tastes.

Suddenly, Peter thought of the legendary Chang’e holding the Jade Rabbit and had a strange thought – perhaps she was not as beautiful as people imagined.

Shaking his head, Peter banished the messy thoughts from his mind.

"Master, I’ll have them dance for you. Rest assured, they are under my control and will definitely perform to your liking."

"Send them away!"

Peter had no interest in watching such dances. He was at a loss for words regarding the rabbit’s taste.

After the women left, Peter sat down in deep contemplation. Both powerful countries’ biohuman bases had been dealt with, and this base remained intact. But what should he do next?

Looking at the biohumans’ conditions, Peter did not want to hand over their creation methods to his country. If he did, the results could be disastrous, causing harm to many people.

But destroying the base seemed like a waste.

Glancing at the rabbit, Peter had an idea. He could just let this deadbeat rabbit manage the place. From its appearance, it seemed to enjoy such tasks, so Peter could treat it as a backup plan.

"Listen, Treasure Hunting Rabbit, how about I entrust this place to you to manage?"

"Master, are you saying you’ll leave these people in my care?"

"Yes, can you handle it?"

"Hehe, Master, don’t worry. I’m great at this. A few people are nothing for me. Even with many more, I could handle them. These biohumans are just too pathetic. Rest assured that with me in charge, I’ll make sure they evolve even further, directly into demon beasts."

Peter looked at the rabbit and warned, "Listen well, you are not to let these demon beasts harm people!" He was growing a bit worried.

"Master, don’t worry. I’ll make a Covenant with them, and they will all obey you."

"Alright, but be careful. There might be explosive devices hidden in these mountains, and the Arctic Nation might also use powerful weapons on you."

"Master, I, the Treasure Hunting Rabbit, have lived countless years and seen everything. It’s just formations, and I’m good at dealing with those."

Seeing the rabbit’s smug face, Peter didn’t want to say more. He left the place in the rabbit’s care and took to the sky.
