Looking at their movements, Peter believed that most of them had only reached the first layer of Qi Refining.

This was still rather impressive!

Pondering their abilities in his mind, Peter knew that if these people truly had the strength of the first layer of Qi refining, standard Earth armies couldn’t possibly be their match.

After some thought, Peter decided to call Adonis Harrison using his unique method.

As soon as the call connected, Adonis spoke loudly, "Peter, where have you been? They said you took leave to visit an elder. I didn’t see you in Kunlun."

Peter replied, "Log into the live stream. I have some exclusive content for you."

Without saying a word, Adonis quickly logged in.

Instead of using his regular account, Peter used an alternative one to connect with Adonis. He then relayed the situation here to him directly.

"What is this?" Adonis was shocked upon seeing it.

"I’ll show this to my superiors immediately." Most likely, Adonis went to report the matter.

Peter didn’t bother about Adonis’ situation and kept observing on his own.

Upon closer observation, Peter discovered some abnormalities among the soldiers who had come out. He suspected that their evolution had gone awry, causing significant changes in their appearances. If not for Peter’s powerful divine sense which allowed him to see through their helmets, he wouldn’t have noticed their mutations.

The helmeted heads displayed various shocking differences. Some had turned into pig’s heads or dog’s heads, while others transformed into terrifying creatures.

Seeing this, Peter was now certain that these people underwent evolution by injecting some form of beast blood. While gaining strength, the differential human genetics caused mutations.

They really did inherit some legacy!

With the emergence of these biohumans, they efficiently divided the region into sections. The biohumans subsequently started searching every corner, continuously letting out a series of roars.

Upon hearing these roars, Peter was astonished. These Biohumans had acquired a psychic attack during their evolution, a talent intrinsic to demon beasts.

Now with the protection of the golden light, Peter was not affected by these soul attacks. Peter speculated that even a high-ranking Foundation Establishment cultivator would not be able to withstand these attacks.

The combined roar of so many people resulted in staggering attack power.

About a hundred or so biohumans failed to find Peter after a round of roaring. Then, another group of soldiers emerged from within the mountain.

The first thing that Peter saw through his divine sense, was that these new individuals were also Biohumans, but their evolution was even more astonishing—their entire bodies exhibited traits of beast-like transformation.

These were an advanced version of Biohumans!

While Adonis and others referred to them as Biohumans, Peter too decided to use the same term. In Peter’s perception, they were humans who had been injected with beast bloodlines, moving towards beast-like evolution.

This time, around twenty people appeared. Upon their emergence, the previous group quickly retreated into the mountain. Once the hundred or so people had retreated, they let out a massive roar.

The volume of their roar was astounding, and it created illusions.

Upon further examination, Peter saw that these newly arrived biohumans had reached the first level of the Foundation Establishment stage in their cultivation.

Peter now basically confirmed that they had inherited the legacy of some Beast Sect. Perhaps there truly was a Beast Sect inheritance on the moon.

However, the Arctic Nation appeared to not have fully received this legacy, having tainted the inheritance of the Beast Sect.

Now Peter needed to see inside. He was curious as to what kind of treasures they had inside.

After roaring for a while, the biohumans equivalent to the strength of the Foundation Establishment stage fell silent.

Clearly, they did not achieve their objective.

After a little while, the biohumans retreated into the mountain cavern. The large formation closed, and the concealment formation in the sky dissipated, restoring the place to its original state.

Seeing all these developments, Peter understood that they were trying to find him. After failing to locate him through the use of soul attacks by biohumans equivalent to the Foundation Establishment Stage, they retreated.

This must be the most important military base of the Arctic Nation.
