Chapter 2125: Chapter 2123 Not About Studying At All
When Peter Brown threw the various items he obtained from the twenty-five people into the center of the Elixir Sea, he was even more astonished. As long as the items entered the Elixir Sea, Peter could fully comprehend every minute detail.
The situation was as if everything had been disassembled, not only disassembled but also thoroughly studied in its composition.
Peter even felt that this was more awesome than computing calculations; he could instantly know every element in the Elixir Sea.
If that were the case, did it mean that once anything was put into the Elixir Sea, he didn’t need to learn at all, and all knowledge would become his own?
Having this thought, Peter truly became excited as it saved him a lot of time in self-enlightenment, which was of tremendous significance to him.
After taking a shower and changing into a clean set of clothes, Peter ate something and then rushed outside to further test this discovery.
Soon, Peter arrived at the Book Storage Room.
As it was late, the place had quieted down and was not crowded with people reading books.
After arriving, Peter showed his Identity Card and naturally entered the place.
However, once inside, despite seeing not many people, there were still some reading books, and with surveillance items like cameras around, Peter realized it was impossible to place the books into the Elixir Sea.
Holding a book, Peter was momentarily at a loss.
What to do now?
Peter believed that if he dared to put the book into the Elixir Sea, it would be immediately discovered.
But under the current circumstances, Peter truly felt out of options.
Holding the book and flipping through it, he pondered over the matter.
While thinking, an idea struck Peter—why not expand the Elixir Sea to cover his hand, making his hand a part of it?
It was, in fact, just an application of energy.
After adjusting his energy, the Elixir Sea’s energy started altering his body and, indeed, his hand became a part of the Elixir Sea.
Seeing such a change, Peter was stunned again; he realized if his whole body could also merge into the Elixir Sea, becoming a part of it?
Of course, now was not the time to think about this. The most pressing matter for Peter was to find out if the knowledge in the book he held could become a part of him.
When Peter’s Divine Sense covered the book, he detected a special energy enveloping it entirely and then, as if data was being transmitted, his Elixir Sea quickly amassed content from the book.
A peculiar sensation was emerging. As Peter’s Divine Sense condensed, the energy within the Elixir Sea fluctuated, and a book materialized, then vanished as his Divine Sense dispersed.
That was not what mattered. The crucial part was that the book’s entire content, even the hidden aspects, had now become a part of Peter.
It was as if Peter had not been reading the book, but had merged with the author’s consciousness.
Such a strange feeling.
After closing his eyes and contemplating for a while, Peter found that he had truly grasped the author’s intended content.
He could directly tap into the author’s thoughts! Incredible!
Peter was at a loss for words; he had only intended to create a world of magic but did not expect to conjure something so miraculous.
Peter picked up book after book and, after merely flipping through them, their contents became his knowledge.
Where some authors were the same individual, Peter only needed to glance over a few books to completely integrate the knowledge.
Afterwards, everyone noticed that Peter was just flipping through books at a rapid pace, often just picking them up, flipping a page, and then putting them down.
The Book Storage Room did not close, and librarians took turns watching over it. Since people came and went, nobody really noticed how Peter flipped through the books, and anyone who did assumed he was probably searching for something—they did not inquire further.
Thus, Peter’s speed of browsing accelerated further.
He flipped through rows and rows of bookshelves.
Over the course of the night, Peter had flipped through all the books in the low-rank Collection of Books.
When Peter finished the last book and came out, dawn was breaking.
An exhausted Peter returned to his room and immediately fell into a deep sleep.
A massive amount of knowledge had poured into Peter’s Brain Domain, and now his grasp of Magic Fundamentals had reached a whole new level.
The next day, Peter woke up and was once again full of energy.
After eating something, Peter sat cross-legged and studied carefully for a while before finally gaining a fresh understanding of magical knowledge.
Though what he had learned was only low-rank knowledge, all magic was built upon this foundation.
Actually, high-rank was just about application, and he really didn’t need to learn it!
Suddenly, Peter felt this way.
Forget it, better to look at these applications before focusing on anything else.
If this were before, Peter knew that learning would take a long time; one could not master so much magical knowledge all at once. Now, with this heaven-defying method, Peter found everything had become much easier.
Right, so much time had passed, how was the situation with the Human Clan doing?
Peter amusingly discovered that the School of Magic was rather laissez-faire with students; nobody had come to ask about him for many days, and he didn’t know what their approach to Education was.
Of course, for Peter, it was a good thing. He could use the excuse of closed-door cultivation to study magic and return to the Human World.
"Flame!"
When Peter extended his hand, a flame appeared in his palm.
Closely observing the flame, Peter noticed it contained his will, which naturally meant its Power was many times greater than before. Although it was just a small fireball, perhaps even a high-rank magic expert would not stand a chance against him.
Tomorrow, it’s time to go to school.
