Peter Brown didn’t really care about the sale; the purpose of the auction was simply to get some money.

Near Kate Brown’s university, Peter Brown spent two hundred million to buy a villa. There, he set up a formation and adjusted a portal. The entire reconstruction was done using his great power, and it didn’t take long to finish.

Having completed that, Peter Brown returned to the village. After a few days, he bought a large plot of land behind and in front of the hill. There, he similarly set up a formation and created a portal leading to Kingston.

After all these tasks were finished, Peter Brown administered elixirs he had refined to his parents, upgrading their health to a level where they could enter the Space Domain. Only then did he consider all his tasks complete.
