"Yeah, it was only after Mr. Armstrong called me that I found out."

Peter intentionally mentioned the phone call from Tobia Armstrong. Sometimes showing off one’s connections was necessary, as everyone had already placed him in Tobia Armstrong’s camp, there was no reason to hide it.

Peter was speechless at this title, never expecting to receive such a moniker.

"Brother Wang, you really are amazing. Not only are you the General Manager of our subsidiary, but you’re also the Executive Deputy Manager of the new main branch, holding power on both sides!"

Leah Nelson was also excited at this time, feeling assured that she had chosen the right side. Everyone was aware of the situation. With the real estate project concluding, their positions were due to change, and the fact that Peter was the deputy manager of the Reservoir Project spoke volumes.

Peter hadn’t really thought about this and after some consideration said, "Actually, real estate projects still have a great future. Haven’t you thought about competing for new projects?"

At these words, everyone’s eyes lit up. The thought of working on the Reservoir Project intimidated them, but a new real estate project would be a walk in the park.

River Hill looked at Peter and asked, "CEO Wang, do you have such a plan in mind?"

"Yeah, everyone here is experienced with real estate projects. With the city’s development, real estate will grow even faster. We need to put in more effort."

Everyone had been thinking about the Reservoir Project and hadn’t considered new ones, but hearing Peter’s willingness, they all began to ponder it.

Florida Collins said, "Brother Wang, there are indeed several bidding opportunities recently, with the biggest projects reaching up to two hundred million. We’ve been worried about our capabilities and haven’t thought of participating, but if possible, we should."

Peter nodded and said, "As long as there are projects, we should compete for them. Think about it, if we get a real estate project, the new project will require a lot of manpower, and everyone will have even less to worry about regarding their positions."

Peter’s words made everyone’s eyes shine even brighter. If true, being veterans, the likelihood of being promoted to key positions would significantly increase—an opportunity indeed.

"CEO Wang’s words have got us all excited," River Hill chuckled with added enthusiasm. "To be honest, we aren’t too familiar with reservoir projects, and the Group wouldn’t let us handle them. But if it’s a real estate project, then that’s our strong suit."

Seeing everyone’s excitement, Peter also happily said, "Since that’s the case, let’s all focus a bit more. I believe that as long as we put our hearts into it, there’s nothing we can’t achieve."

With the help of a few women, Sadie Smith prepared some more dishes, and they all began to feast at Peter’s place.

Looking at everyone gathered around him, Peter felt very pleased, knowing that from this moment on, he had established a solid foundation in the company.
