However, aside from a few places where battles for the Sacred Fate Seeds were still fiercely contested, the war was almost over.

Peter had no desire to wait. Since he had the chance to benefit, he would seize it. Thinking this, he no longer had the concerns of the people from the two nations and darted towards another Eastern Sanctuary Seed.

By now, Peter had basically obtained seeds from the Holy Sanctuaries of all directions.

The Central Holy Land had five seeds, which was the highest number. The Northern Region and the West had four each, while the Southland and the East had two each.

Peter had not yet figured out what he could do with so many Sacred Fate Seeds, but he decided to seize as many as he could.

Using the Sacred Body Technique for defense, his resurrective and healing abilities at the Fifth Layer were truly formidable, making him virtually invulnerable. After battling Peter for a while, some of the Seven-star people also withdrew, knowing they could not breach Peter’s defenses, and even if they did, they could only inflict minor damage, which Peter would instantly regenerate.

Even though souls were not of much use to Peter now, he still allocated an area within his Sage’s World for these souls. After all, they were pure energy and did nourish the Sacred Fate Seeds within him.

With the Soul Grabbing Hand technique, Peter collected all the souls he could, creating an area within his Sage’s World that now contained an overabundance of them.

Of course, Peter also gathered a fair collection of Immortal Artifacts that caught his eye, as merging with the seeds would also require a large number of them.

"Kill him first!"

As the people contending for the Sacred Fate Seed spotted Peter’s approach, one person shouted out, rallying everyone to take down Peter first.

Following his call, everyone switched from attacking the seed to lunging at Peter.

Peter had not anticipated that he had already become a common enemy to the rest, and on seeing so many people charging at him, among them a Seven-Star expert, he just laughed. If battle was what they wanted, then battle they would have!

Peter brandished his broadsword and charged once again towards the crowd.

"What exactly is his situation?" A prince from Sunrise Fairyland watched Peter, who seemed almost invincible on the battlefield, and asked the person beside him puzzledly. This kid wore the attire of Sunrise Fairyland, but he was clearly not following orders, taking Sacred Fate Seeds for himself.

It was apparent to all that this lad had taken the most Sacred Fate Seeds.

When the prince from Sunrise Fairyland saw Peter take yet another Southern Holy Fate Seed, he became agitated. He roughly estimated from what he saw that Peter had already taken about twenty Sacred Fate Seeds.

The thought of having about twenty Sacred Fate Seeds made his look towards Peter complex. If someone could slay Peter, those Sacred Fate Seeds would transfer to the slayer. Getting those benefits seemed a direct shortcut, but this kid was obviously not heeding any commands, and even if they wanted to kill him, they couldn’t get close enough.

The prince pondered the existence of Sacred Fate Seeds within a human body as he knew it; according to the records, if a person obtained a Sacred Fate Seed and it remained within his body within half a year, even if that person got killed, the seed would not reappear on someone else, but would disappear and regenerate elsewhere. Thus, to gain Peter’s Sacred Fate Seeds, one would need to kill him within half a year.

Thinking this, he wanted to better understand Peter to see if there were any opportunities to exploit.

"Your Highness, this person emerged from a city up ahead, and we are currently unable to ascertain his situation," a subordinate reported.

Hearing this, the prince grunted and said, "No matter what, you must clarify his situation for me. If we can obtain the Sacred Fate Seeds he carries, Our Country’s overall strength will see a significant upgrade."

While speaking, he saw Peter head towards the location of a Central Holy Land Seed.

Watching Peter continue to snatch seeds on the battlefield, the prince from the Great Zheng Kingdom said to his subordinates, "Regardless of his situation, he must be someone from Sunrise Fairyland, and we cannot allow such a person to exist. Summon the Army, charge at that kid, and eliminate him!"

With his command, people from the Great Zheng Kingdom charged in Peter’s direction.

The prince from Sunrise Fairyland saw this and determined that the opposition wanted to snatch Peter’s Sacred Fate Seeds. Naturally, he would not permit such a thing to occur and also shouted to his men, "Charge and kill them!"

Suddenly, the battle that was about to cease flared up again, and the forces from both sides clashed anew.
