Chapter 1483: Chapter 1483: Sage’s World_1
The young people were all elite disciples from their respective families, and indeed knew quite a few things; they all competed to speak here, discussing matters pertaining to Saints.
Watching everyone trying to show off their abilities in front of Skylar Spencer, Peter Brown chuckled to himself. If they knew how Skylar had knelt before him, he wondered what their expressions would be like.
As he looked at Skylar Spencer, Peter had to admire how well this woman could feign gracefulness, sitting there with the poise and form of an immortal maiden.
"Mr. Chole, why don’t you say something too?"
Smiling at Alexander Miller, Skylar invited his contribution with a sentence.
At this moment, Arnold Thorne spoke, "He doesn’t know as much as I do, let me do the talking."
Alexander Miller replied, "My Home may not have produced a Void Saint, but we’ve also reached more than nine hundred Sacred Fate Seeds."
"So what? In the end, none became a Saint."
"Void Saint, that’s all, not a true Saint."
Sensing that an argument was about to break out between the two, Skylar interjected with a smile, "Both of you are among the most knowledgeable here, knowing quite a lot about Saints. Please do share with us the details. Perhaps someone here will take the road to becoming a Saint, and it would enlighten us all."
Peter Brown added, "If there really is a conspiracy, then there will surely be an emergence of holy fate in the battlefield, providing us all with a chance to obtain it."
Arnold Thorne snorted, "That’s easy to say, but ultimately, only the Strongest Person will obtain the Sacred Fate Seed. There’s never been a tale of someone with low cultivation achieving it in the end. If someone with low cultivation does get it, that will be the moment of their death!"
He said these words while glaring pointedly at Peter Brown.
Peter, however, pretended not to notice and said, "That may be true, only those of you with higher cultivation will have a chance. We with lower cultivation just want to understand it better. I’ll be the first to step aside when the time comes. Gaining a seed but losing my life is not worth it."
Hearing Peter speak without aspiration, Arnold’s gaze softened considerably. He thought that such a person could never win the immortal maiden’s heart and was clearly unfit to be his rival.
Feeling pleased, Arnold Thorne said, "Although My Home may know less, it is still far more than most people know. To become a Saint, aside from what we have mentioned earlier, one must begin expanding one’s Sage’s World as soon as they get the Sacred Fate Seed."
The Sage’s World?
Most of the people genuinely did not know about this and looked at Arnold Thorne with surprise.
Seeing everyone’s inquisitive gazes, Arnold Thorne smiled, "You didn’t know about that, did you?"
Alexander Miller said, "What’s there not to know? It is just the accumulation of a Saint’s Power."
This time Arnold Thorne did not disagree. He continued smiling and said, "Indeed, the source of a Saint’s power is formidable. As one progresses toward Sainthood, their power grows ever more tremendous, and every one of their strikes is devastating."
Now it was Alexander Miller and Arnold Thorne vying to showcase their knowledge. Alexander spoke up, "When we fight, we use Immortal power for attacks, which is the energy we store within ourselves. However, Saints often leverage the energy of the universe, Heaven and Earth, for their strikes."
Arnold Thorne said, "A Saint’s power is so immense that even without Becoming a Saint, anyone who obtains a Sacred Fate Seed will see their energy grow stronger and stronger. Once they have reached Ten Seeds, each of their attacks, if using that energy, is capable of destroying a Star Planet. Moreover, if they find themselves in a place lacking energy, where they cannot draw upon external forces, they will be at a disadvantage in the struggle for holy fate. Therefore, what they need to do is build their own Sage’s World to store energy. The more energy they can store, the stronger their combat power will become."
Alexander Miller said, "Each Heaven and Earth has a fixed amount of energy, and accumulating it is always a challenge. Often, in their attempt to gather more energy, they will break through to Mysterious Spaces and seize it from other Boundary Areas."
Skylar Spencer asked, puzzled, "Can’t they just take it from their own Space Domain?"
"They can, but the most one can seize within their own living space corresponds to the energy of a ten-star individual. What are Saints? Saints need to constantly expand their world. If they deplete the energy of their realm, it will collapse. Therefore, when Saints reach a certain level, they will leave their Boundary Area and journey to other realms. There’s a principle of the Heavenly Dao at play here. If they don’t leave, they can only disperse their energy. Even if they leave, the energy taken from this world must be released back into the local Heaven and Earth, or they risk perishing along with their cultivation," he explained.
Peter Brown exclaimed in astonishment, "Even Saints are no exception?"
"Correct. It is the rule of the Heavenly Dao. Although it is unseen and intangible, it truly exists there."
At this point, Alexander Miller said, "Some Saints are also researching this matter. They have discovered many ways to obtain energy. Perhaps by entering a particular treasure land, you could gain a great amount of energy from another world, which would be very beneficial for your upgrade. Additionally, some Saints have created a Phantom Realm where they generate a world and the energy within it can also be seized."
At this, Peter suddenly thought of Earth. Could it be that the Phantom Realm on Earth was actually the doing of the Saints?
Arnold Thorne added, "Each Parallel Space is also the creation of Saints, and within those spaces, there’s an abundance of energy. This energy is accessible to Saints. Unfortunately, most people don’t know how to enter these spaces; otherwise, the Sage’s World wouldn’t lack energy."
Peter then said, "The Saints must leave because even the energy of Parallel Space cannot satisfy their needs, right?"
"That I do not know. It’s hard to say whether they truly cannot be satisfied."
Skylar responded, "Whether Phantom Realm or Parallel Space, these were all created by Saints who probably don’t want to destroy them. They need only absorb a certain amount of energy."
"The immortal maiden is right. Saints are detached but would not wish to see a world they created cease to exist. They are more likely interested in traveling to other worlds to seize energy."
One needs Ten Seeds to create a Saint’s World?
Peter Brown looked at the situation below his navel and felt he had a long way to go to build a Saint’s World.
However, today was quite beneficial for Peter; at least he was no longer as naive and learned much that only big families would know.
Seeing that everyone had shared what should and should not have been said, Skylar said with a smile, "I didn’t expect Becoming a Saint to be so difficult. If one obtains a seed, doesn’t that mean they must become involved?"
At her words, everyone fell silent.
