In front of him was a scene like the Solar System, with a dazzling sun-like Great Star hanging in the sky, surrounded by numerous smaller stars.

Logan Lewis thought of the events in the Phantom Realm, thought of the Solar System, thought of the many star systems.

Could it be that the Phantom Realm was actually designed to mirror the upgrading method of the Heaven Level?

Looking into the Azure Sky again and again, Peter Brown’s Divine Sense stretched out a great distance.

After retracting his Divine Sense, Peter Brown knew that he had truly embarked on the path of cultivating immortality.

Now it remains to be seen whether he could absorb this Star Energy into his body.

Thinking of Star Energy, Peter felt that his understanding was still lacking. Currently, for him, there wasn’t much distinction between types of energy. The biggest difference might just be the way the energy was stored.

What exactly was Star Absorption like?

After pondering for a while, Peter had a feeling that it was just a form of energy Swallowing. If the swallowing took place on his own home planet, the Star Planet would not be able to provide sufficient energy and might even face resistance from the planet’s will.

The moment he thought of the planetary will, Peter recalled the will of the Star Planet from his time in the Phantom Realm.

It was so similar!

The more Peter thought about it, the more he felt that the Phantom Realm was the same as this place.

Indeed, it was worth trying to swallow this planet’s energy to see what would happen.

Peter was someone who acted on his thoughts. As his Power unfolded, his potent energy enveloped the Star Planet, which was imbued with substantial Divine Sense attributes.

As expected, as soon as Peter’s will entered the Star Planet and initiated energy absorption, a strong resistance force appeared, and he received a message: if he continued to swallow, the planet would resist with a formidable will, and the collective will of the planet’s Strong Persons would join the resistance.

Recognizing this, Peter quickly withdrew his Swallowing intention.

He understood that Star Absorption was not simple; if there were wills on the Star Planet, one would have to confront all those wills to successfully achieve Star Absorption.

One reason not everyone could successfully absorb stars was because of the will of the Star Planet, combined with the will of the Powerful Individuals on it!

Looking out into the starry space beyond the door, Peter found that within the starry sky, there were only Star Planets as big as the Solar System. Beyond them, distant planets were likely inhabited by powerful wills.

Clearly, these Solar System-like planets lacked strong resistant wills; if he wanted to grow stronger and absorb more energy from other stars, he would need to reach out further, towards Greater Stars with much stronger planetary wills.

Everything was so mystical!

Peter was filled with so many emotions.

However, the experiment was still ongoing, and no one was there to explain it, so all of Peter’s conclusions were merely his own speculations.

He decided to try to perform Star Absorption.

The door was open, signifying that he had met the minimum standard. If he couldn’t achieve Star Absorption, all his efforts would be in vain, and Peter even worried that the door might close again.

His energy reached towards the most radiant star, one that resembled the sun, and then began to envelop the Great Star.

Powerful forces converged upon Peter Brown.

Indeed, although there was a bit of willful resistance, it was not an issue for him.

The massive power completely enveloped the Great Star, and now, Peter felt that a good portion of his energy had been utilized. However, such exertion was still well within his capacity to bear.

When the energy wrapped around it, Peter unleashed his swallowing ability. The energy of the Great Star was gradually drawn out, a pure energy entity separating from the Star Planet, then rushing towards Peter as if flying.

Before Peter could even prepare, that vast energy smashed into his body.

Damn!

Peter spit out a mouthful of blood. He realized that what he had done was utterly foolish. Star Absorption wasn’t about drawing the energy of such a large star all at once. It could be divided into segments, to be consumed piece by piece.

However, fortunately, at the critical moment, Peter’s energy shielded him, and the protective power of the Ruyi Furnace was also activated. Otherwise, that single impact would have been enough to end his life.

After regaining his breath for a while and fully recovering, Peter then looked inside his body.

With one glance, he saw the changes occurring in his internal world, where a dazzling Great Star hung, making the previously hazy world become clear.

Yet, the power of this Great Star was too overwhelming, lighting up heaven and earth with intense heat.

After some thought, Peter moved some star planets with his consciousness to create more distance from the earth.

With this adjustment, when Peter looked at his internal world again, the surface was no longer as hot.

Indeed, everything now resembled the relationship between the sun and the earth.

Feeling his whole body once more, Peter found his strength greater than ever, a feeling of merging with the cosmos coming into existence.

It seems this is what Star Absorption is like!

Only when Peter truly devoured a Star Planet did he realize that his body’s energy was nearly exhausted, leaving him powerless to swallow any more in the short term.

Nevertheless, it was clear that even though his energy was nearly depleted, Logan Lewis still felt that his combat strength hadn’t changed much, and the exhausted energy was also in the process of Recovery.

Especially since the energy emitted from the Great Star was fusing with the energy within his body, Peter had the sensation that he could fully utilize the energy from that Great Star if he chose to.

Now, Peter’s body was truly different. If before the large spaces or the cells each constituted a world, in comparison to Peter’s current internal world, those other worlds seemed too small and weak.
