Charlotte then explained, "The combat power of the Demon Clan’s people is determined by the level of the death energy they condensed from. Dropping one assessment means dropping one level. They are divided into ranks, with the lowest being a First-Level Demon, followed by many corresponding levels, First-Level Demon, Second-Level Demon, Third-Level Demon, Fourth-Level Demon, Fifth-Level Demon, Sixth-Level Demon, Demon Spirit, Demon Soldier, Demon General, Demon Marshal, Demon King... and so on. The ranks below the sixth are all considered demons, and starting from the eighth rank, they align their levels with our Demon Soldiers."

So the Demon Clan had such a hierarchy!

The passersby were not surprised by these Demon Beasts; instead, they were somewhat surprised to see a member of the Human Clan like Peter.

Peter felt as if he was a foreigner walking on the land of another country.

He hadn’t seen a single member of the Human Clan yet!

After walking quite a distance without seeing any Human Clan presence, Peter understood that in a place like this, the Human Clan was not welcomed, and they could even be turned into slaves upon being spotted.

Fortunately, as Charlotte said, this was a place where laws were observed—at least on the surface no one would openly attack a member of the Human Clan, so Peter’s journey seemed relatively safe.

After a while, Peter noticed an area ahead with many large stones similar to Test Stones, and some were even hidden within rooms.

At first glance, Peter saw many people smashing these stones.

He was surprised to see that no matter how hard the stones were hit, they were not damaged.

When Peter approached a large stone, he used his Divine Sense to investigate it and found that the stone was beyond the scope of his Divine Sense.

What kind of material was it made of?

Seeing the stone light up and catching Peter’s murderous gaze, the Snake Demon was utterly disheartened, not daring to say a word as it quickly fled with a flash.

Seeing that the opponent had left, Peter also didn’t want to stir up trouble and continued to look at the other stones.

After thinking for a bit, Peter found one of the Demon Generals in charge and then paid a hundred Immortal Stones to enter a separate room.

This place was for those who did not want to reveal their cultivation level, and Peter saw rows of Test Stones ranging from low to high.

Demon Soldier?

His Soul Attack power was clearly stronger than his Immortal power based attack, however, even though his Divine Sense reached the Demon Marshal level, it didn’t mean he could truly kill someone at the Demon Marshal level. His current overall combat power was only enough to fight a Demon General.

The cultivation is still not enough!
