The disciples of the Beast Sect had no idea how many times they had repelled the Alliance’s attacks. Gazing at the teetering formation, they were truly despairing, never having anticipated the Beast Sect would be reduced to such a dire situation.

Forces from the Four Sects Alliance were everywhere, above and below—defense upon defense. Even the thought of escaping was futile, not to mention that this was the vital heartland of the Beast Sect.

"Elder Martin, can our Sect Leader break through?"

"Elder Shaw, now only the three of us from the Lord Heaven layer are left. Facing such an overwhelming number of the Alliance, without reinforcements, we can only meet our downfall!"

"Elder Yates, our Beast Sect has never faced such a calamity before. How did things come to this!"

Looking toward the two elders, Luke said, "Elders, since the Sect Leader has entrusted us with the fate of our sect, there’s no use in pondering. We can only fight to the death!"

Elder Yates let out a bitter smile and said, "Our disciples have suffered hefty casualties. Only the three of us remain from the Lord Heaven layer, and while there are still over a hundred from the Profound Immortal level, they stand little chance against the united front of the Four Sects. Even with the willingness to fight the enemy, they no longer have the strength to turn the tide."

Sheldon Evans said, "Let’s hope for a miracle."

The three of them looked into the distance, noticing the situation of the Four Sects Alliance forces, and the hope for reinforcements was nearly extinguished. In the face of such great power, it was unlikely that any sect would dare to come to their aid.

"Reinforcements are coming?"

All three felt an incredulous sensation. Even with the combined power of the Four Sects Alliance, could the Beast Sect really outmatch them, and how could Leonardo Smith have the power to assist?

However, the knowledge that reinforcements were on their way was a boon, and it invigorated everyone.

"Spread this message to boost morale."

Luke said to those from the Profound Immortal level.

Watching the Profound Immortal level disciples leave, Luke did not look serene. Turning to the others, he said, "The Sect Leader probably only has a few from the Lord Heaven layer with him, such power!"

At that, he shook his head.

The other two elders had already considered this. Everyone knew the state of the Beast Sect—only twenty-one Lords of Heaven. Even if they gathered all of their Lords Heaven, they couldn’t withstand dozens from an army composed of Lords Heaven.

"We must stand firm. That’s all we can do now!"

The three Lords Heaven gazed at those who were regrouping, preparing to launch yet another assault.

Two hours later, a massive horde of forces from the Alliance surged toward them like a flood.

"Strengthen the defenses!"

"Inject more Immortal Stones!"

"Formation attack!"

Luke roared loudly.

As his command was issued, the Beast Sect disciples also rushed to busy themselves.

Now, all the disciples of the Beast Sect had charged to the front line, and aside from stabilizing the sect defense formation, there was nothing else they could do.

Because the formation required a massive amount of Immortal power, the only thing the disciples could do on the spot was to infuse their own Immortal power into the formation.

The Miscellaneous Disciples, although they didn’t have much Immortal power, were nonetheless gathered in one place, focusing on energy infusing in the face of such a situation.

"Quick, infuse all your Immortal power, don’t hold back! If the alliance breaks through the formation, we’ll all die!"

A person at the Profound Immortal Level shouted loudly.

"Can we hold on?" Raina Carter was surrounded by a few sisters; they were all newcomers to the Beast Sect who had then become Miscellaneous Disciples.

While infusing Immortal power, she looked up at her surroundings, and at this moment, Raina’s face was filled with the toll of hardships. She had not expected things would turn out this way.
