Massive amounts of energy filled the space, and the embryo wrapped in flames seemed to know it was in danger as it spewed out fire that further intensified.

The space was so congested with energy that the embryo was no longer visible, only a huge ball of flame could be seen.

What shocked Peter Brown even more was the presence of numerous gigantic beasts in the space, unrecognizable as to what kind of beast species they were—clearly, they were there to cultivate the embryo.

Moreover, the space was filled with an enormous amount of Immortal power.

Underneath that ball of flame lay a vast Gathering of Immortals Array.

No wonder there was no trace of Immortal power left on Earth, and spiritual energy was so scarce—it had all been attracted here.

The Vertical Eye People must have been using Earth as a cultivation tool, its fate easily predictable after they were done with it.

Upon closer inspection, Peter Brown discovered another formation—a Swallowing Array designed to consume the Vitality and Energy of Earth. With this array in place, all the Vitality and Energy produced on Earth would be absorbed here, consumed by the array, and then fed into the embryo.

They clearly did not regard Earthlings as beings at all!

Peter understood that if he did not act swiftly, he might draw the attention of a high-rank Immortal. The key issue was that Peter still had no idea what level of cultivation the high-rank Immortal possessed.

After several layers of energy were wrapped around him, Peter completely severed the connection between the embryo and the powerful immortal, and then he made his move. A massive Immortal Fire surged toward the embryo.

Peter’s Immortal Fire, refined from Immortal energy, was far more fierce than the embryo’s own flames.

The two types of flames churned within the space.

If not for Peter’s energy enveloping the area, Earth would have stood no chance of preservation.

Perhaps it was due to his level of power that Peter could attempt to move the embryo—this was likely also why the powerful Vertical Eye People felt assured enough to leave.

"Let’s go!"

Wrapped in the ball of fire, Peter rushed toward the exit of the path.

But just as he reached the mouth of the path, a shocking event occurred—the entire Space Domain seemed on the brink of collapse with the fireball’s departure.

He couldn’t leave!

Realizing the situation, Peter understood that if he exited now, the collapse of the Space Domain would trigger a chain reaction, spelling absolute doom for Earth without any support.

The embryo struggled even more violently now, as if it was about to burst forth.

Destroy the embryo here and now!

Peter realized he must annihilate the embryo here, maintaining energy within the Space Domain to avoid its collapse.

With that in mind, Peter further intensified the assault of his Immortal Fire.

The two energies battled within, and Peter was somewhat astonished by the Immortal power the embryo held.

Indeed, all the Immortal power generated by Earth had been absorbed by the embryo—otherwise, Earth would not be a planet lacking in Immortal power.

At that moment, the surveillance setup Peter had placed on the outside transmitted an alarm sound.

Without a doubt, Peter knew a powerful energy was approaching from afar.

The other party must have noticed what was happening here, though it was unclear from where they were coming.

With all Immortal power activated, after a period of struggle, the embryo was finally destroyed by Peter.

As the embryo perished, a vast amount of Immortal power dispersed from within it, filling the entire Space Domain with Immortal energy.

When Peter Brown tried to withdraw his energy, he saw the Immortal power flowing out of the Space Domain towards the outside.

It worked!

Having accomplished this task, Peter Brown could clearly feel that a battle had unfolded outside.

"Go!"

Peter Brown suddenly released the Dao affinity he had prepared into the core of the Earth.

As soon as the Dao affinity was released, the Earth seemed to come alive all of a sudden, and the entire core developed a power of inhaling and exhaling.

Thankfully, Peter Brown was well-prepared, and his energy firmly reinforced the area, so the inhaling and exhaling energy did not cause harm to the surface.

The Earth was extremely thirsty for the Dao affinity; the Dao affinity Peter Brown released was quickly swallowed up.

After the Puppets were withdrawn, the Vertical Eye Person let out an enraged roar and charged towards Earth.

Just as the Vertical Eye Person had barely reached the outer layer of Earth, a bright light shone, and the Vertical Eye Person was repelled backward.

Seeing that the formation indeed could block the Vertical Eye Person, Peter Brown breathed a sigh of relief; he feared that all his effort would fail to stop the enemy’s attack, but now, at last, he could hold them off.

At this time, Peter Brown discovered that a continuous stream of Kindness energy and Dao affinity energy were arriving inside his Elixir Sea.

Saving Earth this time was a significant event for the planet; no wonder he was receiving so much energy.
