Chapter 65: The Test is Over
*Clap* *Clap*
The five of them, who were about to jump down, heard the clapping and found the teacher was standing there.
"Teacher!" The five of them called out.
"Right, teacher, since you’re here, can you help us deal with the ghost?" Dean suddenly thought and asked.
"No." The teacher shook his head and said, "This is a test and the five of you have already passed. There’s no need for you to continue dealing with the ghost. It’s for the other student’s test."
"Huh?"
"We have passed?"
The five of them were surprised and then they were delighted. Because if they have to face another ghost, they were actually not so confident.
After all, both Aya and Dean were basically hitting the ghost with all of their strength. If that was a person, that person would have long been pummeled to death with their combination and the others didn’t have to do anything.
But since it was a ghost, they could only delay the time and then drag the ghost over to the formation.
"Teacher, this ghost?" Evan showed the scroll in his hand. The ghost was already slowly eroding the seal on the scroll, but it should be able to last for half an hour. After all, the light element was the hardest to solve from the ghost’s perspective.
"Give it to me." The teacher chuckled. "There’ll be a report evaluation from this test for you all of you. If you have a good score, there might be an unexpected surprise for you."
Unexpected surprise?
The five of them were really curious what kind of surprise the teacher meant. But they didn’t ask when they saw the teacher’s mischievous smile.
They knew that the teacher would not tell them anything.
After that, the five of them sat beside the window, watching the fourth to the sixth year students deal with these ghosts.
Oh, they also saw more ghosts appearing to the students in the seventh to the twelfth year. It seemed that these students were able to deal with the ghosts easier than them.
Aya looked at this and blinked her eyes.
She had the feeling that the teachers were preparing to let a group of students to graduate early.
Students were allowed to form their own team for graduation and after graduation. But their teacher would be assigned by the headmaster. Once they were deemed strong enough, the teacher would no longer follow them on their missions and let them do it on their own.
’Is it because of those ghosts?’
Based on the students’ performance, it was unlikely for them to graduate before at least finishing the sixth year. After all, the rule for early graduation was to stay in the academy for at least six years and finish education until they were ready.
But with the situation outside changing because of ghosts, it seemed that they planned to let the qualified students from the fourth to sixth year to graduate earlier.
And it should be with a group.
After all, if the students’ group were deemed not qualified, they would not be allowed to form the group or the teacher would add someone into their group.
’If it’s really because of the ghosts... it’s going to be troublesome,’ Aya thought to herself and sighed.
Her brother’s group was originally only four people but with her around, it would turn into five people in a group, the maximum number allowed.
Of course, this maximum was only during early graduation time.
If they wanted to team up in the far future, there was no problem even if they formed a team of 10.
How to divide the work later would be up to them.
