Chapter 54: Play Together
The children spent the days practicing together.
It could be said that through this practice, they came to know each other’s element and also fighting skills.
Leon had a dark element and his control was still relatively poor. Though, he said that he wanted to become the best attacker magic warrior.
Dean had a fire element, but he didn’t use his magic much. Instead, he was using his physical body to the fullest and practiced heavily on the training ground. Looking at how Dean was practicing, everyone knew that he would focus on physical strength.
It was not that strange.
After all, the Red Family has long been known for their stronger physical strength. If Dean didn’t practice physical strength, it would be strange.
But Dean looked at Aya strangely.
Because Aya can keep up with him!
This made him feel a sense of crisis as if he was being chased by someone else. And in this way, he practiced even harder.
Evan had a wind element and also crystal magic. But because of his family’s instruction, Evan would not use his crystal magic at all for the next few years. Showing off his talent too early would only make him the prime target for many other people.
The White Family was not that stupid.
But they still wanted a face, so the time limit was only a few years.
Aya heard this from Evan himself.
Aya’s magic that she showed on the surface was only wind and water, which were the two main elements that most people from the White Family had. But even with these, it could be seen that Aya still mainly practiced her physical strength.
There was no way.
Aya had already mastered most of the basic spells.
She didn’t want to repeat her lessons just for the sake of a show. it would be better for her to practice physical strength more when she was with the others.
Lastly, Yun’s magic was the rare light element. Well, it was not that rare since every few people in the Green Family had light elements but it was not that common either. This element was the most suitable to be used for healing and support.
This was also her direction, so Yun usually helped to heal others after they had finished sparring.
She tried a few times to do it when they were still fighting and the result was a mess.
Everyone laughed together, though.
"I’ll heal you better in the future." Yun blushed when she thought about how bad her aim was. Many times, she was healing the opposite of the one she wanted to heal.
"Yes! We can’t have today’s situation where you healed my opponent continuously!" Dean said.
Hearing this, Yun blushed even more.
She was really embarrassed.
Her performance was really bad.
"You should practice aiming first," Aya said. "From a static target to a moving target. In this way, you’ll be able to learn better and then didn’t heal the wrong person."
"I will." Yun nodded seriously.
Her only advantage was her large amount of mana. But having such a large amount of mana also came with a cost, that was the degree of control was lower. This was inevitable since Yun’s mana reserve was increasing faster than others.
To control such a large amount of mana, Yun needed more effort.
"If you have difficulties aiming at moving people, you can try with stationary people first," Aya gave some suggestions. The healing spell that Yun used didn’t require her to touch her friends but only to be within a certain distance.
This kind of magic spell required them to practice their control more than anything, so Aya gave some suggestions.
"That’s a good idea." Yun’s eyes lit up.
"Who wanted to try?" Aya asked and looked at the three boys who kept on shaking their head. They had been beaten up by each other for some time before they could finally take a break. Who would want to waste their break and be beaten up again?
None of them want it.
"In that case, how about if we all spar against each other again?" Aya suggested.
"Bring it on! Who’s afraid of you?!" Leon said energetically. It was clear that he had long been waiting for a chance to fight again.
"Fight me first!" Evan glared at Leon.
"Huh? You can’t beat me. Move away..."
"No!"
"Then I’ll make you!"
Bang! Bang! Bang!
Seeing the two of them started fighting again, the others were speechless. Well, it seemed that no one would be able to stop these two people from loving and hating each other.
Aya laughed out loud when she saw the image of the two of them being so childish like this.
"Um."
"Hey, kids, are you all practicing here?"
They heard a voice calling them and turned around.
"Huh? Brother Nathan, Sister Nisa, and Brother Silas?"
