"Yeah, that’s right." Su Ge responded flatly, "Is there something you need?"

What does my internship have to do with her?

"Nothing really, it’s just that I haven’t seen you in so long, and it feels a bit odd not seeing you around."

Just as Su Ge felt there was something off about that remark, Kong Xue continued, "Su Ge, we could be friends, right?"

Su Ge was taken aback for about three seconds.
