Malin was stunned for a moment.

"It seems like I made a big profit on this deal," he said somewhat embarrassedly, looking at the girls.

"That’s right, you did make a big profit, aren’t you satisfied, Mr. Malin?" Faye asked, hands on her hips and pouting.

Malin naturally shook his head, knowing better than to be cheeky when fortune favored him: "I... I’m not quite sure what to say."

"Leave it to us," Faye said, as she opened her small cross-body bag filled with potions and bandages: "Maya said she already gave that guy some potion; he won’t die."

So Malin ran over to Selena and saw Jason’s injuries—the breastplate of his armor was dented inwards, though not severely; it was most likely that the fracture and pain that had caused the unconsciousness, it could also be lung damage, but seeing that he was still breathing, Malin first helped Shela to take off Jason’s breastplate’s shoulder straps, then carefully removed the front breastplate.

Selena immediately used her dagger to cut open Jason’s shirt, and Malin cast a Restorative Spell—a Healing Spell to mend fractured areas. Without using this spell and directly healing the severe injury, Jason would need his ribs broken again to mend the bone indentation.

The pain brought on by the Spell Formation’s mending of his ribs finally woke the young man up, he initially struggled, but relaxed upon seeing Malin.

Jason nodded his head.

So Malin cast an Immobilization Spell on the young man.

Then he applied a healing formation for severe injuries.

Then he watched the guy’s face change colors a bit before rolling his eyes back and passing out again.

Shela immediately checked Jason’s neck: "He’s alive; he just fainted."

"Certainly, when I used to train in combat and accidentally broke someone’s leg, the pain during healing was enough to make them pass out; considering Jason’s injuries, I think it must be excruciating..." Malin sighed: "If only I knew a fifth-tier ’Sensation Strip’ spell."

It’s a Curse spell, typically used during interrogations; a person stripped of sensation is like being trapped in a tiny, dark room with no senses—a very terrifying spell. But if used on Jason at that moment, it might have lessened a great deal of pain.

"I can do that," Shela said, pointing to herself.
