Duoku felt a chill run down his spine when he saw Su Ming’s gaze fixed on him.

Reno also discerned Su Ming’s intentions and calmly tried to soothe Duoku.

"We can’t go on like this, just waiting to die. Let’s make a fight of it."

Duoku’s expression shifted as he steeled his heart and suggested to Reno.

"Alright, let’s go for it!"

Reno was not one to hesitate.

Together, Duoku and Reno piloted the Fierce Beast Mecha head-on toward Su Ming and opened the missile launch bays near them.

Whoosh!

Two crimson missiles streaked toward Su Ming at high speed.

With a thought, Su Ming lowered two Particle Beam Cannons and aimed two precise shots.

The incoming crimson missiles were blasted into oblivion.

Boom!

A massive explosion engulfed the area.

At this moment, Duoku and Reno, each controlling their mecha, flanked Su Ming from both sides.

Su Ming remained unruffled in the face of the encirclement, his eyes still fixed on Duoku as he boosted the power output.

Then, he turned the Slaughter Mecha suddenly to face Reno, piercing him with a fierce lance.

Reno reacted with shock and swung his double-edged axe with all his might!

The Crimson Spear still penetrated the left chest of the Fierce Beast Mecha.

Su Ming’s eyes turned steely as the Slaughter Mecha’s dual power engines emitted a piercing roar and he vanished with a Light Speed Fold Flash.

Reno’s axe swung through thin air, though not entirely, as he distinctly felt something.

The next second, Su Ming appeared to Reno’s right, slashing at him.

Reno pushed his mecha to the limit to turn and raise his double-edged axe to block!

Crash!

The Particle Light Saber clashed against the double-edged axe, sending particles flying everywhere.

Su Ming then kicked the body of Reno’s Fierce Beast Mecha.

Thud!

The Fierce Beast Mecha was sent flying backward.

Reno gritted his teeth and activated the Jet Wings to stabilize his machine as he faced Su Ming.

Su Ming, controlling the Slaughter Mecha, flew up to the floating Crimson Spear. Replacing the twin Particle Light Blades, he reached for the spear in front of him and lifted his head to look at Reno.

Reno drew a deep breath, knowing well he couldn’t face Su Ming alone, but for the sake of the Empire, he showed neither fear nor hesitation.

Su Ming then raised the Crimson Spear in his hand towards Reno, full of challenge and contempt.

Of course, Su Ming didn’t truly underestimate Reno; in fact, both Reno and Duoku were formidable, and their coordination had caused Su Ming some trouble, leaving a small mark on the Mechanical Wings of his mecha, thankfully without damaging the jet nozzles.

Reno charged at Su Ming like a wounded beast.

Su Ming controlled the Slaughter Mecha, still and unflinching, making no move to dodge.

In an instant, Reno was before the Slaughter Mecha, raising his double-edged axe for a mighty blow.

The Crimson Spear pierced the left shoulder of the Fierce Beast Mecha.

At this moment, a sinister smile spread across Reno’s face; he didn’t immediately counterattack or attempt to save himself but instead chose to increase his Jet Wings’ output suicidally.

The Crimson Spear ran clean through the left shoulder.

He initiated the self-destruct sequence of the Fierce Beast Mecha, dropped his weapons, and lunged at Su Ming.

Su Ming was startled and controlled the mecha to release the Crimson Spear, forcefully slapping its hilt.

The entire Crimson Spear flew out of the left shoulder of the Fierce Beast Mecha.
