Shadow Slave

I think that anyone that gives this piece anything less that 3.5 is dumb and can only read...if you have ever tried writing anything from a pace setter to a novel or a poem to a play, you will realise that this is a master piece,something you wouldn't get anywhere else...I love this book alot actually...I'm not gonna give u 5 stars coz it might get to your head and the slow postings...I wish I could get 4 to 5 chapters a day...but we are all human that's almost an impossibility so imma live with that...finished the whole thing any one with any other suggestions apart from necromancer of shadows...

It really encompasses the term 'spiteful' the entire story is just that, but it's so enjoyable. Following his journey is both fun and seat gripping, truly a master class.

i stumbled onto Shadow Slave expecting a run of the mill fantasy but Sunny’s journey really grabbed me. His shadow powers feel fresh and I was genuinely rooting for him every step of the way especially during those brutal Nightmare battles. The world is dark and gritty, but it never feels like filler most chapters ramp up the tension just when you think you can breathe

On the flip side, some side characters kinda blend together, and every now and then the pacing dips you’ll notice a few longer training or recovery chunks But honestly, once the action picks back up it’s hard to put down.

Overall, I’d give it 5 out of 5 stars. If you like your fantasy with a bit of edge, creative magic mechanics, and don’t mind sticking through occasional slow spots Shadow Slave is worth the ride

It's my first light novel and so far it's been incredible I'm at chapter 513 and it's been nothing if not peak from the world building to the lore and charcter development. I also checked out a few other novel's and found that so far atleast for me this is the best translated to english. So solid first pick.

peak, really good character development, love the world building and how the Author shows the world. A lot of people don't like it for the reason that the MC is stupid and dumb, and I say HELL NO. If anything I love the MC because of how much people can realate to him, he isn't some generic and common MC like "I want to be the strongest ever", or "I will defeat the demon lord". The MC has simple goals and yet also imagines himself achiving larger goals. Idk why so many people hate him, hes not pathetic, he just doesn't know/want to live such a terrible life filled with fighting and fighting. Other than that I also love the side characters, and main antagonists. I like how they slowly reveal more and more about the world, the power system and the people who run it/who are on the top of the worlds power. I hope that this novel will have the ending it deserves and it will get a manwha or hopefully a good anime adaptaion. Overall this is easily my top 5 in novel/books I have read, could go up depending on the ending.

i havent quite completed reading the whole thing just yet but so far ive found reading this novel amazing and its definitely in my top 5 novels rn with my favourite arc being the forgotten shore by far

well, it was my first novel so i may have been a bit biased but overall it's a good novel with only some occasional quality drops 

Couldn't agree more with the guy below me tbh.Since you lot spam reported my review to remove it,I will make a new one.The mc is the biggest idiot there is.Everytime there is a virtually unbeatable monster,that white hair idiotic woman pulls a "Let's defeat it🐺" out of her a*s for no reason.Worse even,the mc goes along as if that's the most logical thing to do.One of my most if not THE most hated novel I have ever read(after mtl novel that say things like "He not do but he go do that do him").Dislike as much as you want,I don't care,I will just repost it.

This novel is overrated as f*ck; the MC is stupid and pathetic, and the characters lack intelligence. I really regret reading 1000 chapters of this dragged thing. I expected it to improve somewhere, but it didn't. The same overused plot and power system that every kr novel uses these days. As you can tell, this review is in spite of all the pain I went through while reading this s*it. f*ck you, Sunny, I want you  to die a dog's death at the end of the novel, and if that happens, I will suffer through reading your stupidity again just to see you die
