Chapter 1497: Chapter 1052: Conspiracy and Exile (5K)_2
Afterward, the fleet continued to venture deeper into the ocean. Under the bombardment of the fleet, legions from the Different Race scattered and fled.
Li Changhe and several players with the ability to trace history then began to study the movements of these legions.
If they all originated from still existent Teleportation Gates, reconstructing their historical traces would lead to the locations of these gates.
At the same time, players with high energy levels began to pursue faint fluctuations, hoping to feel the wavelength of the Teleportation Gates amidst the psychic storms. Being a connection between two worlds, the gates could not possibly emit no signs at all.
As the fleet progressed deeper into the Pacific, the resistance they encountered grew stronger, and the number of Different Race they met increased as well.
However, without the fleets of Different Race forces currently appearing, these Different Race armies could not even threaten the main ship.
After realizing that they were unable to stop the fleet, they could only hide underwater, bypassing the fleet to attack the giant city on the land.
The good news is that two days later, Li Changhe, riding the Nine Heavens Dragon Horse above the sea and using Magic Eye, tracked and observed a substantial number of Different Race legions and Sea Beasts through historical visuals and identified where they came from, clarifying their approximate location.
High-energy individuals, too, barely captured a trace of unique fluctuations during their sensing.
Humans successfully located the position of a Teleportation Gate. According to the direction and fluctuations, the gate was near the Mariana Trench.
It was uncertain whether these Different Race legions crawled out from the trench, but if they did, how did they withstand such extreme environments?
But this was not for the human fleet to consider. Upon learning the rough location, the fleet advanced at full speed.
They disregarded any entanglements from Different Race powers along the way.
Perhaps the fleet’s approach intensified the resistance from all races.
A Chaos fleet, along with dozens of giant, flying Sea Beasts and a multitude of Different Race legions, including several Great Chaos Demons, launched an attack on the human fleet. They seemed to be the devious type of demons.
But now, the human fleet was too powerful, comprising over two hundred players and a host of elite soldiers.
Even though the Chaos fleet had three main ships, they dared not get too close, even pulling away much distance for fear of being intercepted by humans.
But this did not hinder the human fleet’s advancement, even without the assistance of Demigods.
This number of main ships simply could not stop the Supreme King and Li Changhe.
The Supreme King directly performed "One vital energy transforms into Pure Ones" and deployed three different immortal skills.
One person used Extinction Meteor to shatter the main ship’s barriers, another used Star-grasping Sleeve to defend the human fleet against the enemy’s main cannon, and a third employed the Immortal Skill "Netherworld Gate" learned from Celestial Court!
A massive gate appeared out of nowhere, lowering several thick, black chains that sealed both the main ship and a Great Chaos Demon inside the gate. Shortly after, the gate vanished.
This left the Celestial Soldiers and Generals within the fleet somewhat dumbfounded, while the members of the Extraordinary Alliance felt proud.
This was the Supreme King, proficient in all skills!
Three immortal skills were deployed simultaneously, swiftly destroying a main ship!
This caused a cheer among human soldiers, some even jestingly offered to bear children for the Supreme King.
Li Changhe, however, did not take action but stood outside the warship, wrapped in Azure Flame.
His left hand held an upgraded divine bow, and his right hand a Black Dragon Spear, vigilant for any possible Demigods.
[Sky-breaking Divine Bow, Fusang Abyss]
[Type: Weapon]
[Quality: Legendary]
[Effect 1: Enhance long-range attack output]
[Effect 2: "Moon Triple" materializes two arrows, simultaneously attacking three targets][Materialized arrows do not carry the original arrow effects]
[Effect 3: "Hunting Dog Stare" High-level attack enhancement, shoot the strongest arrow, enhance strength 1W+][Negative effect: After use, all attributes reduce by 1 point for 12 hours.]
[Effect 4: "Fusang Sky-breaking" The arrow shot will mark the space at the landing site for five minutes, and open a Space Gate anytime within that duration, but cannot transport people][Cooldown: Three Seconds][Consumption: 1 point of physical strength value]
[Conditions of Use: All attributes 9 points and above]
[Note 1: A powerful divine bow weathered by many trials]
[Note 2: Damn, another bow user! Is this never-ending?]
Note 2 must be the ridicule from Fusang, crushed underfoot by Great Yi and now having become another Archer’s weapon. From its perspective, it indeed seemed like a stroke of terrible luck.
Yet, it provided Li Changhe with immense enhancement.
Li Changhe himself was not fast, his agility being mediocre. Even with Thunderbolt Extreme Speed activated, he couldn’t catch up to players who specialized in rapid attack like Chen Guang.
But Effect 4’s Fusang Sky-breaking granted Li Changhe an extremely powerful capability for movement.
With just one shot, he could create an instantly accessible Space Gate, and Li Changhe only needed to pass through it to reach where the arrow landed.
This was incredibly convenient, akin to being divinely assisted.
As for the mechanical bow, which should now be called the Sky-breaking Bow, its passive effect was to shoot three arrows. Before the materialized arrows disappeared, they gave Li Changhe three options...
Now, Li Changhe was just waiting for the enemy Demigods to show up, to shoot an arrow squarely in their face, and then cross over to beat the crap out of them.
However, until the Chaos fleet dispersed and fled, with the Different Race legions retreating back to the seafloor, leaving a sea surface filled with corpses, the enemy Demigods did not make a move...
"Aren’t the Demigods going to take action yet? We’ve come this far." Li Changhe frowned.
