Chapter 356: Chapter 356 How Will You Make It Up?
The one who came in was Frankie.
Just as he entered the door, he heard Lance’s famous saying "the other man". Then he lowered his head and laughed.
Frankie found that the nurse in disguise was Yvette when she was making the soup, so he was not surprised.
In an instant, Lance felt even more embarrassed.
His reputation was ruined.
"What are you doing?" he asked unhappily.
Frankie quickly said, "I brought the soup for you."
Having seen that Yvette’s soup spilled, he put the rest into another food box.
He was still thinking that Lance wanted to drink soup. Good thing there was still a lot left.
He didn’t expect to hear such a wonderful conversation as soon as he came in.
Frankie silently served the soup, brought it to Lance, and placed it firmly.
When he turned back, he noticed Yvette didn’t wear socks.
He had never seen such beautiful feet of a woman.
Her toes were like pearls in a shell, fair, tender, and cute.
He looked at her feet a few more times in a daze.
"Kaff..."
An unhappy cough brought Frankie back to his senses.
Lance’s eyes were cold as he stared at Frankie as if he wanted to gouge his eyes out.
Frankie was startled and lowered his head, ready to go out.
Unexpectedly, after Lance picked up the soup, he put it down and said to Frankie, "You drink the rest."
Frankie was stunned.
Mr. Wolseley is a good person, thought Frankie.
When he stood aside and looked at it just now, he felt hungry and wanted to drink it.
In the past, he had tasted Yvette’s dishes, which were especially good.
Yvette wanted to say something but stopped on a second thought as she watched Frankie happily leave with the food box in his hand.
She prayed in her heart that Frankie would not drink it.
Lance looked at the soup and asked, "Did you make it?"
"Yes," Yvette felt a little guilty and muttered. "I worked so hard to make it, and my fingers almost got burned."
Lance smiled and said in a cold but soft voice, "It was quite hard for you."
As he spoke, he picked up the bowl.
Yvette looked at the medicine on her toes, which was personally applied by Lance.
He was considerate and concerned about her.
Then isn’t it a little bad for me to do this... wondered Yvette.
Seeing that Lance was about to drink it, she reached out to stop him. "Don’t drink it."
Just as she finished speaking, Lance had already raised his head and gulped it down.
Yvette looked at the bowl that he had put down, which was totally empty.
Immediately, she was dumbfounded.
After she made the soup, she put an entire bottle of pepper in it. It must taste bad with a choking smell.
"Are you alright?"
Yvette stared at his face and observed if he was feeling unwell.
Seeing that Lance was frowning without words, Yvette became a little anxious.
"Didn’t I tell you not to drink?"
She went down barefooted to get him some water, but he grabbed her wrist and easily pulled her to his chest.
"Pretty good," he said.
"Ah?"
After holding her breath for a while, Yvette could utter one word.
She remembered clearly that she poured a whole bottle of pepper into it.
How was it possible?
Lance said lightly, "Try it?"
"What?"
Yvette was confused. Just as she was about to ask, Lance suddenly reached out and grabbed her. He moved forward and kissed her.
In an instant, silence fell.
Lance controlled her with his large palm, sucking the sweetness in her small mouth with thin lips, sticking his tongue down her throat.
This kiss was sweet and spicy, which was particularly stimulating.
Yvette widened her eyes, even forgetting to resist.
All of her thoughts seemed to have been sucked away by a man’s warm kiss.
Countless images flashed in her mind as if they had been more intimate than this...
Her face turned red.
It turned out that what this man said was true...
She was too easy on him...
Lance kissed the lips that he had missed for a long time without any scruples and breathed greedily for the familiar good smell of her hair.
"Oh..."
After recovering from the shock, Yvette tried to resist. In the end, the sound she made was more like sexual noise, which made him feel hot.
Lance’s hands were like a pair of iron pincers, pressing her so hard that she could not move.
At first, the man only wanted to punish her by doing this.
He had a sharp nose and was particularly sensitive to pepper powder. He estimated that she must have put a whole bottle of pepper into the soup.
But when he began to kiss her, he just wanted to enjoy it.
He wanted to keep kissing until the end of the world.
Bang...
The door was pushed open again.
Frankie, whose throat burned like fire, came to remind Lance not to drink the soup.
He thought Yvette might not notice that she had put too much pepper.
After taking a deep draught of the soup, he felt something was wrong.
He wondered if Yvette had put the whole bottle of pepper into it.
Unexpectedly, the moment he entered, he saw them hugging and kissing.
Frankie opened his mouth wide and screamed in shock.
Lance’s eyes were deep and cold as he picked up the coat at the head of the bed and wrapped Yvette’s shoulders tightly.
"What are you looking at?"
The man frowned and glared at Frankie, who acted very inappropriately today.
Frankie wanted to leave but failed, as if his feet were stuck there.
"Mr. Wolseley, your neck..."
He reminded Lance with a trembling voice.
Yvette looked up and found that the man’s neck was unusually red, like a sign of an acute allergy.
She was shocked and quickly asked, "Are you allergic to pepper?"
Lance also felt uncomfortable, and his neck itched.
Frankie said anxiously, "Mr. Wolseley is allergic to various kinds of pepper seasoning."
Otherwise, he would not disturb them and take the risk of being fired to remind them.
Yvette was at a loss. When she saw the man’s neck turn red, deep guilt rose in her heart and tears welled up in her eyes.
"I don’t know it... I put the pepper ... and put a lot..."
"It’s fine. Don’t worry," Lance comforted her as if nothing had happened.
Fortunately, he was in the hospital.
The doctor quickly gave him a drip.
Two hours later.
The man’s red rashes began to fade.
The doctor reminded him, "Don’t you know your allergy history? Remember what you can eat and what you can’t. Don’t underestimate allergies. If the treatment is not timely, you will die."
Yvette lowered her head to the side.
She felt extremely guilty. But she didn’t know that.
Otherwise, she would never mess with him with this.
After the doctor left, staring at Yvette who was looking down at her toes, Lance wore a bright smile.
He thought, she felt guilty! How interesting!
It seems that I didn’t suffer for nothing!
Without waiting for Lance to speak, Yvette sincerely apologized, "I’m sorry."
A teasing smile flashed across Lance’s eyes as he slowly said, "Come closer. I can’t hear you."
...
Yvette took a few steps closer, looked at him, and said, "I’m sorry. I deliberately put it."
As soon as she finished speaking, she was pulled by his arm, and then she sat on the bed easily.
Lance checked her feet.
They weren’t swollen, which meant they weren’t so serious.
He pinched her cheek and comforted her, "I know. I drank it on purpose."
"What? Why do you drink it since you know that?" Yvette asked in shock and confusion.
Lance said seriously, "If I don’t let you do it, how can I cheer you up?"
Yvette was speechless.
Lance pinched her waist and said, "How will you make it up to me?"
