"Grandma, I was wrong, please spare my life!" the Bald Man howled as he got beaten, dodging around while clutching his head and begging for mercy.

Seeing Shen Tan hitting with gusto, Shen Weiyi was afraid she might actually kill someone and had no choice but to intervene, "That’s enough, any more and it might turn into a homicide!"

Shen Tan stopped to catch her breath and then turned to the police officer beside her, "Officer, I want to press charges against them for sexual harassment, assault, and kidnapping."

The officer glanced at the Bald Man, who was now sporting a swollen nose and starting to bleed profusely again, and said quietly, "Rest assured, we’ll handle this seriously. However, I need you all to come back to the police station with me to give a statement."

The rest of the culprits were apprehended one after another. Watching the group being escorted into the police car, Shen Weiyi finally turned to Sheng Ting and asked,

"When did you get back?"

"Are you okay?"

The two of them spoke almost simultaneously.

"I’m fine," said Shen Weiyi, shaking her head.

"I just got here a little while ago," Sheng Ting replied.

He had rushed back as soon as the afternoon meeting ended, intending to spend the last two days of the holiday with her. But as soon as he got off the car, he saw the video Shi Yu had sent him.

He didn’t even have time to drop his luggage at the dorm; he hurried straight to the scene.

And halfway there, he saw her surrounded by a group of people.

So he had come looking for her as soon as he arrived back.

It must have been Shi Yu who told him she had gone to the bar.

Shen Weiyi felt somewhat apprehensive as she met his gaze — not only had she gone to the bar behind his back, but he had also seen her fighting with a bunch of men.

Shen Weiyi, though, remembered that he preferred lighter flavors, "Why don’t we get a dual-flavored pot instead?"

"No need to trouble!" Sheng Ting said.

Shen Weiyi said, "You don’t have to force yourself; the dual-flavored pot is just as good."

Sheng Ting replied, "I want to try it." Since she liked it, he wanted to give it a try too.

"Well okay, but if you’re not used to it, don’t force yourself!" Shen Weiyi instructed him.

"Alright!" Sheng Ting nodded with a smile.

"Hiss—"

Across from them, Shen Tan wasn’t even eating yet and already felt fed up with the couple’s display of affection.
